The cottage was very clean and had everything and more you would need for a comfortable stay. There was ample cooking utensils if you want to self cater. Kym gave lots of information about things to see and do in the area. We especially loved the beautiful autumn colour in the garden. Thanks Kym.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay in this beautiful space. It felt like home from home! 🥰 This immaculate open plan home is perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly have wanted. We felt as though we were in our own kitchen when we cooked. Rosita was generous with an early check in, information on nearby amenities, and extremely responsive to any questions. The attention to detail in equipping the kitchen, supply of bathroom products, pantry goods and condiments for guests to cook their own meals was par excellence. Not only that, Rosita kindly signed me out of my Netflix account, which I forgot to do when we left! 🥰 Clearly felt like home! The property was also a perfect place to stay for the Summer Salt music festival at Launceston Country Club. We would highly recommend this location, and would stay again in a heartbeat.

If you're looking for a beautiful place to stay whilst in Launceston, look no further. Alan's place is absolutely fantastic. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing and thoughtful design, The kitchen has everything you'd ever need to cook a five course meal. The bed is comfortable and loft style with a really cute skylight that adds to its charm but conviently can be be closed for those holiday sleep ins. The views are sensational looking out over Launceston but you're still only a 5-10 min drive away from anything you'd might want to do while staying! the bathroom was very clean and the shower was divine, it wasn't a completely inclosed bathroom but that wasn't a bother at all. we even saw a wallaby in the bush area behind the house! The driveway is really not that much of an issue, we very easily managed to get in and out even during peak time and I've definitely driven up steeper! I would have loved to stay for longer here and will definitely will be back to stay!
