Monthly Rentals in Priest River

We stayed in the condo and due to proximity to Mt Spokane State Park cross country ski trails. We also volunteered at a regional Junior National Qualifier race for a week at Mt Spokane Nordic. The location made it easy to get up early and work late without having to drive the mountain road. The host is fantastic, great to communicate with, and the condo is very comfortable.

Really clean and "thought of everything" rental! Small, but well appointed. Well stocked kitchen with a handful of seasonings, olive oil, balsamic, ziploc bags, plastic wrap, etc....made life easier. We travelled with our 15 year old son and he ended up needing to sleep on the couch. the rental was to include a queen size blow up. It wouldn't hold air, so he took the couch. Not the end of the world, but not ideal. The location said beach access, but there was no beach in walking distance. There are lots of lakes a short drive away, but keep it in mind if you're unfamiliar with the area. The steps up to the property are steep, so if mobility is an issue, that could be a concern. Overall, we loved the place, all things concidered, just pointing out a couple things, some guests might need/want to know. I also appreciated the clear instructions for letting ourselves in. There were 2 options for entering, which was nice - because the first didn't work.

I stayed at Studio 7B after night skiing at Schweitzer. Great place for one or two people. Very close to skiing. It's at the base of the mountain. Very quiet because of its location. Lori's place is tastefully decorated and has art throughout. The bed is so comfortable. The place has a kitchenette that is perfect if you will be eating out and about in Sandpoint. Great places to eat nearby and Lori gives good suggestions. It's very cozy in the winter time and I'd like to go there during the warm season as well to see the surroundings, because they look like they'd be beautiful. Totally worth the money I paid. Lori is a great host. She's very communicative and responsive. I had a splendid time and I'll be back. Glad I tried it and if you need a place to stay in/near Sandpoint, you should try it too.

If your looking for a safe, peaceful, vast place to stay by the lake with easy access to shopping, skiing, hospital, lake with caring and thoughtful hosts, this is the place! I thouroughly enjoyed my stay here. turkeys and deer free roam daily, peek a boo view of the lake offers. veing of sunsets and other wildlife. the host addressed any needs immediately and was a joy to meet.
