We were very well received by Mrs. Nitiele. The apartment is very cozy, very spacious and equipped. The kitchen offers all the utensils you need for a pleasant stay! The air conditioning equipment worked perfectly in every room. As for the location of the apartment, it is odd. It is less than 200m from the main avenue where there is a range of restaurants, shops and at least three supermarkets. Only the parking space that is small for a medium/large sedan car or truck, as the vehicle is not fully housed in the covered part. Some small improvements could be made such as the maintenance of the glass door to access the balcony and the provision of a grill for fish in the barbecue area. In addition, the external part of the building (façade), garage area and corridors, present detachment of the plaster, passing an image of carelessness with the site and, therefore, need a maintenance, although they do not interfere directly with the apartment.
