It was perfect! Just to go to the beach that you need to walk about 3 blocks, because the building is on the other side of the BR, but easily accessible through the tunnel!

I have been in the apartment of Débora for 6 months, one of the best accommodations I have ever obtained, great place, close to the beach, gyms, bakeries, restaurants. Apto corresponds with the descriptions of the ad, well equipped. back for sure.

O Paulo is super agile and answers questions quickly. The apartment is very cozy. One of the rooms is next to the Jacuzzi (upper floor). To access is a snail staircase then for the elderly and people with mobility issues it is difficult to access this room and the Jacuzzi. The structure of the condominium is good. Garage spaces are rotating.

The stay was wonderful, Dona Beatriz is a great host, always ready to help if necessary, gave us some tips that were very helpful during our time at home. The house has all the necessary items for a stay, very clean and organized environment, there is absolutely nothing missing in the house. I hope to return soon.

The house is a block and a half from the beach of Zimbabwe, one of the quietest in the region. The sea is beautiful and very calm. The house is amazing, cool and air-conditioned in every room, perfect for families who want to enjoy the common space - with a great pool, barbecue and pizza oven. Bed and bath linen, kitchen accessories, float, beach chair, umbrella… the house offers several items that oversimplify what you need to take on the trip. Francisco was very attentive and quick in response. We recommend and will be back!

The stay was wonderful, it exceeded my expectations! Casa pé na sand, ideal for those who have children, like me! I stayed with my family for a week and only left home to go to the beach or the market that is even close to the condominium! We had a problem with the air-conditioning of one of the rooms, but it was quickly resolved by the host! I recommend it and we will definitely come back!

We love the place, clean, comfortable and with all the necessary items to spend our stay. It is very close to the sea, snack bars and market. Genaro was very accessible whenever we need something. And we definitely indicate the location.

All very comfortable and organized, we felt at home!

The only reproachable thing is that I asked insistently because I traveled with people with reduced mobility to make it an accessible place to go down to the beach and enjoy the common pool and neither of them could do. The puleta with muuucho chloro and impossible to use for disabled people and the beach (across the street) with a very steep slope. Everything else is perfect!!!! A dream place!! It has tooodo what you might need...
