Monthly Rentals in Playa del Carmen

Lots of amenities in the accommodation .Jacqueline super host responds quickly to our questions. After 5 th avenue we really liked the accommodation we will come back for sure!!

An incredible apartment in Playa del Carmen’s greatest building! The space felt luxurious and upscale, with a stunning rooftop that alone made the stay worthwhile. Our unit also featured a spacious balcony. The apartment appeared slightly larger in photos than in reality, but this wasn’t an issue. The only minor downside was that we were provided just one bath towel each and a single washcloth for two people for our entire stay. It would have been nice to have at least two of each per person. At least the unit included a washer and dryer, so we could wash them as needed. The owner was incredibly responsive and an excellent host. I would totally stay here again!

We stayed for 5 nights in the apartment, we loved the location, it has an Oxxo at par, a place of delicious hamburgers and hotdogs also at par, in front of you can find rich Mexican food and during the night you can also find delicious traditional Mexican tacos by the street, in addition to the Oxxo there is a very accessible beverage shop. The place is quite safe, clean and very comfortable to go through. I recommend it and would definitely come back!

Great stay at iPLAYA! Everything was just as advertised and the hosts provided very detailed check-in instructions and other info prior to arrival. Front desk is staffed 24x7 with very friendly folks. In a quieter neighborhood while still being a 5-10min walk to the main strip on 5th. Check out PapaCharly’s restaurant next door as well, it’s great!
