Very good place, quiet and very friendly super recommended host

CONVENIENT LOCATION IF YOU DON 'T WANT MUCH LOUD, IT'S NOT SO LOUD FROM THE 5AV. THERE ARE RULES OF COEXISTENCE, THERE IS ONLY A SHOWER LEAK AND THE ENTIRE BATHROOM FLOOR IS WET, WHICH I HAD A SMALL ACCIDENT THAT I DID NOT GO TO A MAJOR, COST- STAY WOULD SAY THAT WELL, THE PHOTOS ALWAYS MAKE THE PLACE MAGIC ALTHOUGH THE PLACE IS NOT BAD ONLY THE PHOTOS MAKE IT LOOK MORE BEAUTIFUL.

We were very comfortable in the apartment Good option if you are traveling with your pet, it has Jardin very nice. We only stayed one night. Well equipped with climate and kitchenette.

This was our first time travelling with two little kids (4 and 1). This location was great as it had a pool, elevator for our stroller, and was a core floor so no stairs. We easily could go to the pool with our stroller and walk to the beach. We also walked to the grocery store and made food in the condo. We loved our stay!

Such a beautiful house and Santiago and the team were extremely responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend and love to stay again.

Quiet location close to restaurants bars, shops and cafes. Memo our property manager was very nice and helpful. We shared the apartment between 3 people and it was very comfortable. The terrace and jacuzzi has a very nice view to take in sunsets.

The place Corresponds with the photos, it is very clean and beautiful, the sunsets on the terrace are the best, also that Don Fernándo was always attentive to our needs and gave us recommendations of places to visit.

This place is a gem! Great location and really close to the beach. Highly recommend. Thank you

A good place to stay, it complies with everything indicated. 100% recommended.

The room is clean, fixed, has TV with Roku to pass the time, the bathroom clean; it's a little noisy at night due to the bars nearby but not intolerable. It has seven eleven, pharmacies and restaurants nearby as well as the beach. Highly recommended 🥰

Very good place, near 5th avenue, two central ADO the beach, antros and incredible bars. They always attended my messages and even supported me on scheduling another night that had not been properly scheduled. 10/10.
