Having stayed in many AirBnB, I can honestly say this was the best one ever. It far exceeded our expectations. The views are incredible, and it is west facing which means its super pleasant all day and the sunsets are breathtaking. The house is incredibly well thought out. It had all of the staples in the kitchen and bathroom. The house manager (Theo) is professional, friendly, helpful and always available. He takes the guests' comfort and pleasure very seriously. Be aware that KEA is quite a rugged island. It is over 20 min from the house to a grocery story or anything at all for that matter. We ended up enjoying this very fact. We didn't have to leave the property to be happy. If that's not your jam, you can either drive to a beach or book the beach club and/or dinner at the 5 star One and Only Kea Resort which is directly next to the house. We spent one evening in the main town, and had one lunch at a port town.
