Monthly Rentals in Pioneer

We had a great stay at Kathleen's house in the centre of Derby. Though just off the main road, the house was nice and quiet. I especially loved all the different birds that were flying in and out of the garden. The house is very comfortable and has all the mod-cons one would need. Location-wise, it is very close to the centre and has a pub just across the road - cannot ask for me. The Floating Sauna is very walkable and well worth a dip. Looking forward to coming back during the winter to try the Floating Sauna in Lake Derby when its a lot chillier. Kathleen laid out a good selection of cereals, milk and chocolates - all of which were hoovered!

Little Falu is as wonderful as you might image a perfectly conceived and presented little house in a dream location could be. Nestling into the loft bed, with the sounds of the bush drifting through the forest, and gazing through the roof windows at the dark starlit sky was a wonderful experience. This is an inspired and an inspiring place. Thank you for creating this little jewel.

An incredible stay. Beautiful surroundings in a lovely farm cottage. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms were comfortable and the views were incredible. We did do some hiking in the area but really enjoyed coming home to our little cottage and watching. The cows graze on the hill. Had some of their premium meat (from the local Hillys IGA in st helens) and it was a great meal. The perfect way to end a holiday
