Holiday rentals with a pool in Phường 22

This stay and Thai were great! Highly recommend. Everything was kept clean. Very nice, modern appliances like fridge, toilet, showers, etc. Several great restaurants and massage spas within a short walk away. Supermarket on the other side of the street which is a short grab drive away. Pool & gym were also great. There's a coworking space in the building for first come, first serve. Wifi was also super fast. I think over 100 mbps. Thai was a very responsive and helpful host. One of the best we've ever had. The only negative was the cleaning person. Each week someone comes to clean the apartment. She did a good job overall but was just a rude woman. Grumbling & complaining while she cleans. Say "hello" and smile when she arrives and she just turns her head. Each week she cleaned any dishes in the sink (which I didn't expect) then the last week we were there she decided not to for some reason. Probably because she knew it was our last week. Still a great stay.

A beautiful and spacious apartment with all the necessary amenities. Whether you like the location depends on your preferences: if you enjoy peace and quiet, it’s definitely a 5/5. However, if you’re looking to be in the city center and want to walk to District 1, it will take about 20-30 minutes—but hey, that’s a healthy walk!

The place was comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. The area is peaceful but accessible at the same time and easy transportation. Rose even went above and beyond by allowing us to leave our luggages at their office after checking out. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a place to stay in D1. Thank you so much and we really hope to come back in the near future.

Very friendly host

We had a wonderful time at Annie’s place. Very easy to get Grab to travel anywhere in the city. Great local food options nearby. A convenience store downstairs was a big help. Apartment itself was exactly what we needed. Comfortable for 4 people. Kitchen was decently equipped. There was some issue Annie had to face with the apartment we had booked but she managed it well by giving us a similar place in same building for a day till our original apt was ready. Highly recommend.

Adam was a GREAT host. Very flexible when I need to extend my checkout hours since my flight was later in the day. The house is as described in the posting, VERY clean, walkable distance to market and restaurants. Definitely a comeback next time when I visit Vietnam!

Masteri is one of our favourite places to stay in D2 close to the amenities and Tam’s place was clean, tidy and all the essentials you may need. The bed linen was fresh and the mattresses very comfy. Definitely stay again and recommend her place. What was also really useful when travelling is a quick response time and I must say Tam’s response was expedient and thorough, the entry instructions and recommendations were useful. Great 5* Host.

Yolanda’s was an excellent host. Always responsive and accommodating. The place was in a great location, with 24/7 security and key card access for safety. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was great, and the view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. The water pressure was excellent, and the provided amenities were fantastic and much appreciated. District 4 is such a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of District 1, making it the perfect spot to relax. I would definitely stay here again!
