The place has great view and everything you need for a short stay for a small family. Host is very friendly and helpful.

Chau is extremely considered host quickly responsive and extremely helpful. The place is a small studio apt with an amazing view on the 20th floor very clean and with a laundry machine Also the swimming pool on the 7th floor is a nice place to swim and sunbathing Across the road there is a local market where I was buying fresh fruit and in a walking distance there are restaurants and cafe massage place A very good location Thank you Chau 🙏🙏

We loved our stay here and will definitely stay again next time we’re back in town. It’s in a great area, close to everything. Yeah I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was perfect.

This is the 6th AirBnB we have stayed at in tpHCM in the last year, and was by far our favorite residence and location. Great host in all respects. Support staff at the building were fantastic in all regards. We highly recommend.

The studio apartment was great with a huge bathroom. However, the highlight was Seb, the guy in charge at the front desk. He’s direct, a clear communicator, attentive to all my needs and makes the best cappuccino I’ve had so far in HCMC D7. Thank you so much for making my stay that much better.

Had a Great stay. Staff were Helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned everyday and they did my laundry for a small fee . Well worth the price I’ll be coming back

The apartment has a unique charm with its stylish decor reminiscent of a 1960s movie. Its central location in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City allows easy access to most attractions within minutes by taxi. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping service was excellent – the room was always impeccably clean. Lilie, the host, was fantastic: always available, friendly, and full of great suggestions and ideas. Overall, a highly recommended apartment. A few minor points of critique: some of the furniture is a bit worn, the thin windows let in traffic noise at night, and the non-blackout curtains allow a lot of light into the bedroom in the morning. Additionally, a Smart TV in the living room would have been a nice touch. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful stay that I would gladly recommend!

The place was very clean and easy to find. The check-in instructions were clear and straightforward, making the process super smooth. The host was very responsive, which I really appreciated. I also loved the shampoo and conditioner they provided—such great quality! Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Fu’s apartment has been one of our best AirBNB experiences ever. Entering a clean apartment with a cozy campfire on the TV already playing and some welcoming snacks and drinks just makes you feel right at home. The room is amazingly decorated, something that just makes it feel like being at home instead of in a “hotel”. We stayed a total of 37 nights in the apartment and during our stay Fu has been very helpful and attentive, making sure our stay was perfect in every way he could, and he definitely succeeded! The apartment is at a walking distance from many nice restaurants. There are also many grabs available in the area, making it easy to travel to other places. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and has everything you’ll need during both a long and a short stay. If you’re going to Ho Chi Minh, I would 100% recommend this place!

Very friendly host

The hosts were very communicative and went out of their way to help with our bags so we could explore before check-in and after check-out time. The apartment has all the amenities you need and is a really nice place to unwind. The neighbours were a bit noisy sometimes in the day and night, but that is beyond the hosts' control, so I still highly recommend this place!

Generally, it was great. However, there were some ants because the weather was very hot.

We only stayed at this spot in Ho Chi Minh for one night so we can’t speak to the local area - but for our layover it was absolutely the perfect place! It’s so thoughtfully decorated, has a groovy curated vibe, and was very clean. They even let us use the building laundry room for free :) We had to slim down on some of our pack so we left the place some handmade Vietnamese plates & bowls from the 1970s - (hope they’re appreciated & enjoyed by others!) felt right at home with the decor. Would def recommend this spot!

Place was clean and prefect location, host provided us everything we need in the room without needing us to ask for it, slippers, tissue, umbrella, TV with Netflix, washing machine even laundry detergent and also dryer as well. Overall the stay was prefect. Only downside was they lock the gate all the time without anyway for us to unlock other than calling the guard to open for us, but it might not feel good when we back home late or we need to go out at midnight because we need to wake the guard up in order to open the front gate. we can't even order grab food when we hungry at midnight because we dont wanna wake the guard up😂

Lovely and spacious accomodation that can easily fit up to 6 people! Lovely location with a city view and amazing nearby restaurants! Would definitely be back to this Airbnb!
