Well the hostess are great... i would say more than that!!! great recommandations, responsive, always willing to help ( even when the situation is complicated! like forgetting to leave the key at check out) . The place is awsome to, near the walking street, but the noise is not too bad at all, it feels to me like a regular street with honking and all, a lot of place are walkable. No elevator, but once the backpack is up there, it's really not so bad. i would go there again any time... and i would say do not hesitate it is worth it! thanks for that awsome stay! and i owe you one!!!

Our stay went without any issues . The accommodation is very beautiful and spacious . We had 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet , which is nice when there are 3 of us. The bedding is very comfortable , the apartment cozy. The residence is well secured and very clean. The amenities offered are perfect , impeccable kitchen, fridge , and everything you need . If we had to say things to improve even more , there is a lack of laundry , even if there is a dryer, everything is not going in it . The dishes are also missing a drainer . The pool is nice , but sometimes a little noisy with the kids. The apartment is quite well located , quiet, but you will have to take a taxi to the tourist attractions. The host is very responsive , thank you for this stay , which was perfect for the family .

Victor is awesome. He is probably the perfect kind of host you would want. He is attentive. His instructions came with detailed pictures for entrance and trash. I felt right at home in his Airbnb. Like I was living there my whole life. Spotless and clean. With plenty of plates and utensils to entertain another couple.

Felice and Tam were really good hosts I was satisfied because it was friendly and quick to communicate. Although it is far from the city center, it is a place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The pool was also big and it was a much better place than the pictures. The best part was the communication part. I was able to have a good trip with a lot of help. Thank you. 👍🏼

This is by far my favorite Airbnb that I have stayed in. It is very central in Saigon without all the hustle and bustle of tourists / tourism, but these things are nearby enough and can be reached on foot. There are plenty of very nearby places to eat / sit / relax / explore. It offers a more local feel that you won’t get in a typical hotel or hotel-like “apartment” in the city, especially as you will be tucked into little alleys. There is also a movie theater about 5-7 minutes away by foot. The host was very attentive to my needs and provided very clear directions in how to find her home / what to expect. It was very easy to check-in and check-out. The home itself was very clean, filled with sunlight, plant-life, and two turtles and fish, noise-free, and quite comfortable to get a good night’s sleep. There is also a friendly white cat (not in home) with a bell on its collar that will let you pet it endlessly at night. This is a great deal and should be booked without hesitation!

Thao's place is perfect for a shorter or longer term stay in HCMC. It's close to everything in D1 yet tucked away far enough in a very clean and safe ally that you have very little noise........in our eyes this is perfection. The apartment is well kitted, bed comfy, AC cold, and shower warm. We didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of all of the extras Thao offers but when we come back to HCMC, we will be staying here again. Thao is extremely responsive and helpful.......one of the best hosts we've had the pleasure of staying with.

Very friendly and responsive

Mochi is one of the most incredible, supportive and helpful hosts that I have ever stayed with. We felt right at home at this place. He was so kind to our request and helped us bring our luggage up and down. Despite staying on the 3rd floor we didn't miss an elevator at all. All the amenities were exactly as shown or even better I'd say. The highlight for us was the location. It is literally just 400m away from Bui Vien Walking Street and only about 1.2 km from Ben Thanh Market. There were great restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and even pharmacies next to it. Overall a wonderful experience and we'd love to stay here again next time we visit Ho Chi Minh City!!

Nice place to stay with a family with kids. The master bedroom is big and a spacious bathroom. My girls love the big screen Tivi in the master bedroom where they just want to stay home to relax and watch movies. It’s very nice for a walk around the complex, nice swimming pool even though we didn’t have chance for a swim. Thanks Son for accomodating us. Will be back next time in HCM

Hieu’s place was incredible. Everyone in our group loved the open kitchen and pool on the top floor. All the rooms were great. Elevator was a plus! Will definitely stay here again when back.

We adored this Airbnb. The little alleyway is away from the street noise, peaceful, and beautiful. The shared space and apartment itself was gorgeous in design! I do, ladies, recommend bringing hair conditioner of your own since only shampoo and body wash is provided. The owners were extremely responsive and allowed us to leave our bags on hold in the common area since we arrived early. We even accidently locked ourselves out and they gave a quick solution ~ what a relief.

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

great stay. the place is entirely new so expect the mattress to be hard (no one stay before). location are great and convenient. Meko the co host has tried her best to provide the necessary basic.

I had a wonderful stay at Kim’s apartment! The place was clean, spacious, and very homey, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The area is peaceful at night, with supermarkets nearby, and the building has great amenities like a pool, gym, and laundry facilities. Kim was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and check-out seamless. It’s easy to take a Grab bike taxi into the city, and ordering food on Grab was super convenient. While it’s a bit farther from the city center, the quiet and comfort more than make up for it. Highly recommend this lovely spot—I’ll definitely stay here again!
