Monthly Rentals in Perth and Kinross

The Bothy is a wonderful place for both r&r and as a base to explore the wilds of Scotland. It’s incredibly peaceful, cosy, and well located. There are plenty of walks that leave from the front door, as well as some beautiful longer walks a short car ride or cycle away. Susannah was a wonderful host and kept in touch which was much appreciated. Definitely stay here if you can!

If you’re staying in Perth, this far outweighs using the local hotels. We used to opt for Murrayshall as a place to stay. This little gem was half the price and much better for relaxing. The host was very responsive and offered an early check in which was welcome after a 6hr drive. All amenities covered, impeccably clean and very very relaxing

We had a great time during our stay in Perth. The flat was perfectly located for us, very close to the town centre which has an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. Close to both the train and bus stations for very easy access further afield. We did a long stay and Micheal was always on hand if we needed anything (which we rarely did). It was exactly the base we needed and enabled us to explore beautiful Scotland and the Fair City of Perth. Would have no issues recommending and would happily stay here again. 😊

Deirdre was a most welcoming host and we had a nice stay in her place. The location was perfect, near the beautiful river and also right in town with walk ability to restaurants and shopping. The apartment was quiet for sleeping and the kitchen was well-stocked. Perth is a nice town for exploring. I would note that the bed was quite small two people, a double by US standards.
