This was a great place to stay in Coco Beach. It's about a 20 minute walk to the main street of restaurants and shops, but there are some newer restaurants/shops about a 10 minute walk away. We loved the additional amenities that were provided - including cheaper golf cart rental and access to the Club.

Overall we loved this place. Highly recommend. Calin met us upon arrival which was helpful. Location is great. Short walk to the beach and short drives to 3 other beaches Several restaurants in walking distance. Nice friendly community in a cluster of condos. If you’re staying more than 5 days buy some extra toilet paper and paper towels. And bath soap and shampoo. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. It was a great start to our 3 week adventure in CR. You can't go wrong with this accommodation. it was very nice. Clean and quiet. Walkable to downtown Coco and across the road from the beach with a store very nearby.
