Wonderful stay! Always a great experience!

Nicole was very helpful and quick to respond. The home is so welcoming and cozy! She even left my little dog some treats and a toy. It’s a very peaceful place for a little getaway.

Booked a 5 day trip by myself, and the 2nd day i ended up in the hospital with kidney stones. Eric and his property manager Della, went above and beyond communicating with me and checking on me. Della and her husband even came to the hospital and helped drive me and my truck back to the house! I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. These are some very good honest caring folks! The house was everything they described and very roomy, unfortunately i had to cut my trip short and didn’t get to enjoy it as much as i would have liked. Eric was very generous and helped me out with a partial refund. If i get the opportunity to make the trip back up to Kansas, i will be coming here! Thank you Eric and Della so much for everything! Loved the details like: Slippers for us to walk around in, filtered water in the fridge, HOT water :), nice clean bedrooms with luggage racks, noise machine and oil diffuser, quiet neighborhood, plenty of towels and blankets available, some exercise equipment set out for use, and smart tvs to enjoy our favorite programs! We really appreciated it all!

Incredibly clean place. The simple life is beauty for your soul. Make bbqs facing one of the best sunsets I have ever seen and light up the fire pit watching the stars!

Our family loved our stay at this Airbnb! The bed was comfortable and the cottage was very clean and updated. Was nice to have prairie around it but also be close to get into town. We travelled with two small children so really appreciated Jennifer letting us check in early and also providing a pack and play. Would definitely stay again!

Prefect remodeled farmhouse was exactly what I needed! Daily walks on the property and sitting on the porch, were very relaxing. Everything was clean and completely furnished. I highly recommend this cute home and will definitely be back ! Thanks Fernando for your quick responses!

We needed a home quickly and last minute…Timothy was on the ball within 1-2hours of the request and got the home open right away. He literally has everything in the home including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent (all the good stuff and no cheap lol). He has little signs up all over the house to help with any questions or concerns as well as what he would need from you before check out. He checked in with us to make sure we were good. The hot tub was perfect! The space with 4 private bedrooms all with big queen beds and super spacious on top of 3 full bathrooms and a half bath is something that was definitely worth getting having like 6 teenage girls in the home! Oh and the 2 bathrooms downstairs had jacuzzi tubs!! You don’t want to miss out on this place if you are passing through or just want a little getaway. Amazing home and hosts!
