Judine is an awesome host and her house was fantastic on all levels! Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped and is also in a really great location. Close to downtown and you can walk to many shops and restaurants. We hope to utilize her home in the future and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Manhattan for any reason!

I don't usually write reviews - but this outstanding experience called for one! We were so excited to stay at this cabin and it met and exceeded our expectations. The place is gorgeous, it's close enough to town, and the view is unbeatable. We came for a winter stay and watching the lake with the woodburning stove going is something I'll never forget. The amenities are outstanding. The kitchen is well stocked and cooking was a delight. The bedding and blanket options were plentiful. Lydia was attentive and brought over starter logs and fire wood immediately, and allowed us a later checkout since there wasn't another booking right after. Would give this place a 20/10 and we will be back someday, we fell in love with this cabin and the hospitality couldn't be beat.

So I had a whole ordeal with a local motel and needed somewhere to stay fast while I was visiting my family. I was really happy to find this place at a reasonable price. Felt right at home, place was clean and neat! I also love the fact that it was right next to Aggieville! I will definitely book again whenever I come back to visit my family! 5 stars for sure!

It was an absolutely perfect getaway for my husband and I. The little A frame feels like a trip back in time and Joel’s attention to detail completes the whole experience. The decor, record player and other amenities encourage you to unplug and enjoy being in the moment. The hot tub was so fun even in a Midwest cold snap of negative digits. Joel was so easy to work with and made us feel so welcome. If you have a chance to visit The little apple A-frame it won’t disappoint!

I had an excellent stay at this charming A-frame house! The location was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The house was spotless upon arrival, and the attention to cleanliness was much appreciated. The property offered free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with thoughtful snacks, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Interaction with the host was seamless-responses were quick and helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed. The views were absolutely stunning, adding to the overall serene atmosphere. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home. I can't wait to come back!

Gorgeous setting with beautiful views. We enjoyed roasting hot dogs around the fire pit and enjoyed the peace & quiet. The host thought of everything - family games, kitchen came with everything we needed for family dinners at the house. Tastefully decorated. Would highly recommend. Hopefully we can come back to explore the lake once the weather warms up.
