Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Osaka

It was good, just a bit of kungfu looking for a location at the beginning.But there is a famous curry shop nearby, the name is Curry Madras, as long as this shop is located on google map, it is easy to find homestay

Great place to stay. Check-in and check-out were extremely smooth. Host is easily contactable. Quiet area but still accessible to the nearest train station. Room is clean and spacious. Will definitely return for our next trip.

It is close to the subway station and Tsuenkaku, just a few minutes walk away, the room is spacious, clean, and it is comfortable for three people to stay.

The room is perfect and perfect for wanting to come and experience the local supermarket cooking by yourself

Clean house, quiet neighborhood. 5-10mins walk to Tengachaya and Kishinosato stations.

Tony’s a place is fantastic for a small group. Even though we were a group of 3, it is spacious and can easily fit 4-5. I love the simple, functional decor, with all the amenities we needed!! House is warm during winter, most importantly, the floor and shower room is heated. Do note that there are no rooms- beds are on separate levels with curtains, so you can hear everyone. Location is great, <7 mins to the metro stations, and 10-15 mins walk to Umeda shopping area. Love that there’s a supermarket just behind so it’s super convenient. Tony is an amazing host, and went above and beyond as a host. We arrived close to midnight and were received by his wife and shown the house. Tony is always reachable by text throughout the trip and even offered to send us to the bus station. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Osaka!

It’s a great location, especially if you’re visiting Osaka for universal studios. The train and highway can get loud but as far as distance is concerned you can’t beat it!

If you want a convenient，neat， and peaceful place to stay in Osaka， this is the place you wanna select！Reiken san is very helpful and responsive. There are also some good restaurants around. Overall a very good choice for travellers in group of families to stay.

Thank you for having our family - our boys enjoyed this home away from home a lot, makes it a bit challenge to leave the house for our itinerary :P Chad has been so responsive and helpful with all our unexpected scenarios. If you are planning to stay here, my tips would be check out the Hanazono Onsen (花園溫泉), they offer free shuttle from the station, very accessible and great onsen experience. The Hanazono Central Park (花園中央公園) has a huge playground for kids, it was great fun and not too crowded over the weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Yoshihiro was excellent with communication and very helpful. We received a lovely welcome note and basket of treats. The apartment is spacious with two tables to sit at and a kotatsu which my adult children loved. The kitchen has everything you need although we ate out as there are many restaurants to choose from. There is a nice Nepalese / Indian restaurant close by. There are stairs up to the property and inside, which everywhere in Japan tend to be steeper than the UK. The apartment was clean and tidy and had different towels available, the bedding, (December) was very cosy. The area around is modern with excellent pavements and there are several rail stations close by, JR Shin-Osaka is around a 15 minute walk and we used another closer station about 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again if we came to the Osaka area.

The house is a bit small but everything is truly convinent. Next to Abeno station ( gate 4 or 5), Qmall nearby, some restaurant to choose, easy to reach Higashi Umeda by Tanamachi Lines with lots of choice, super market nearby with everythings you need. The host very friendly and quickly respond. We had great time here

I used it with a friend and two people, and it was perfect. It was nice that the kitchen and bedroom were separated, and the bathroom was not small and suitable. Above all, two beds are available at a cheaper price than a hotel.

The owner had put a lot of thought and effort into providing every amenity possible. We had the whole “Hostel Familia” to ourselves, 2 large-bedrooms plus a smaller single bedroom, which was terrific. The place had a hostel feel to it, but with three toilets and 2 bathrooms, this was a luxury not common to most accommodation in Japan.

Bi was very friendly and responsive! The apartment was very clean and cosy — we enjoyed our stay very much!

It was convenient, being so close to Dotonburi and Namba/Nippombashi station. will suggest future guest to stopping at Namba to walk there via Namba Walk! Definitely a great place to stay!

Easy access and plenty of commercial dining around.Clean and bright room, quiet and comfortable, suitable for families to travel.

Our stay in Osaka was fantastic! Aoi’s apartment is extremely close to the Dotonbori action, with plenty of restaurants and bars (Bar N was the best!) nearby for entertainment. The apartment was great for a large group with three bedrooms, two toilets separate from the bathroom and a washer/dryer. The beds were the most comfortable we had slept in so far. Highly recommended!
