Great location room clean and good value for money

Super nice place to stay, good location & near to subway. Staff respond fast & helpful. Only a bit dusty as my husband & son hv sensitive nose. Overall super good! Near to supermarket & 7-11, super convenience & also suitable for those would like to do simple cooking. Highly recommended👍 Thanks🙏

Overall, it was great! Definitely worth the price. However, the pictures somehow gave the impression there were multiple rooms, and that was almost a problem since we were gonna have a couple female friends with us. Not a big deal though, since that didn't happen anyway.

Great central location and clean home.

Comfortable and clean stay. Unit 303 is on 3rd floor without elevator but they are short set of steps. We had two large bags and ended up with an additional carry on at check out. Seeing how small the hotels were, we decided to choose this Airbnb. It is a bit of a walk to the stations (about 10-15min walk). The restaurants nearby were so-so and pricy, catering tourists I believe so we preferred taking the train elsewhere but there are lots of shops nearby. Overall, it was worth staying for us!

Great place to stay. Check-in and check-out were extremely smooth. Host is easily contactable. Quiet area but still accessible to the nearest train station. Room is clean and spacious. Will definitely return for our next trip.

This was my fourth B&B stay in Osaka for the third time and my rating was: 10 out of 10.The host is a real person with a sense of life, the things and appliances provided are usable, and the room arrangement is very reasonable.There is a subway station and supermarket nearby at 300 meters, living here, I cook breakfast every day and occasionally dinner, very convenient.It was clean and what was provided was comprehensive.The most important thing is that it is very large, almost 3 times the size of a Japanese hotel room, all three suitcases can be opened in the living room.Many people are quiet, so I want to live here again.

It feels convenience when staying in this homestay. It is near dotonburi with walkable distance and it is superb near Osaka metro station. Ground floor of building has 7 eleven and restaurant for breakfast. Owner is friendly and always provide good guidance. We feel great when staying in this homestay. There is 1 cons which is related to the noise of car which overspeed on road as the building is near the road. However, if you are feeling tired, you still able to sleep no matter the noise. Overall, it is a great homestay I ever stay. We all so like it.

It was a short but very pleasant stay. The apartment exceeded expectations. In addition to all the care the host has had with us. When we entered the room, the atmosphere was never air-conditioned. Thanks so much for your kindness!

First of all, it was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was convenient because it was within walking distance from the station. There is a convenience store nearby, so I used it comfortably. Most of all, it was nice that the host was good at once and responded quickly!!!

I had an amazing stay at this accommodation. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very clean. The blend of modern and traditional Japanese aesthetics made the space feel cozy and inviting. The amenities provided, including the kitchen equipment and washing machine, made my stay incredibly convenient. The location is perfect — within walking distance to Namba, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. Additionally, having supermarkets, drugstores, and convenience stores nearby was a huge plus. The staff was also very accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Super well located accommodation, 2 steps from a train/metro line (including one direct to Kansai airport - be careful to be in the 1st wagons, the train separates into 2 on the last stretch), convenience store, restaurants, quiet street,... With many amenities: kettle, microwave, washing machine/dryer, children's games, TV, 2 beautiful spaces, umbrellas... We were able to drop off our luggage before time which was very appreciated.

Big space, clean environment, big living room, big dining room, big kitchen, two double beds each on the second floor, big enough for a group of people, nearby is very close to the station subway, convenience store, supermarket, it is very good value for money!Will definitely come back again next time!

Very good walkable to everywhere. A but noisy due to proximity to the Main Street but nothing a good background noise on iPhone can’t handle.

wonderful location , lots of attraction .. restaurant .. seesighting are in walking distance .. from came out from metro station 1min can find .. owner is helpful and have book their airport transfer toyota vellfire , save alots of time if you have kids and elder ..

Stayed in Osaka for the first time with an overnight stay The apartment is very nice, clean, everything you need is prepared by the hosts, instructions are clear, host responds lightning fast! quiet neighborhood and clean We were very satisfied, beautiful view from the balcony

Close to Fukushima station, close to luggage delivery office (open only Saturday /Sunday). Room was clean, bathroom was spotless. Laundry powder, vacuum cleaner, washing machine was provided. Would stay here again.
