Monthly Rentals in Orosi Volcano

This was a great place to stay in Coco Beach. It's about a 20 minute walk to the main street of restaurants and shops, but there are some newer restaurants/shops about a 10 minute walk away. We loved the additional amenities that were provided - including cheaper golf cart rental and access to the Club.

Overall we loved this place. Highly recommend. Calin met us upon arrival which was helpful. Location is great. Short walk to the beach and short drives to 3 other beaches Several restaurants in walking distance. Nice friendly community in a cluster of condos. If you’re staying more than 5 days buy some extra toilet paper and paper towels. And bath soap and shampoo. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. It was a great start to our 3 week adventure in CR. Nancy's place was clean, quiet and had everything we needed and expected. Will stay again.

We stayed here for a month and loved it! Jesus is very helpful and kind, and brought us fresh fruit and eggs. The casita was clean and very cozy, the windows gave it a good cross breeze so it didn’t get too hot inside. You can walk to the beaches, to the local restaurants and stores, but you are secluded from the road and have privacy. We loved staying here and definitely recommend it!
