Monthly Rentals in Ölüdeniz Beach

Cosy house with lovely garden and good location Stayed in low season in winter. It's not cold in the apartment, the air conditioners heat up quite warmly. Hot water is from solar energy, but there is an extra water heater in the shower. The appliances and repairs are fresh. Five minutes from the house there are migros, it takes ten to fifteen minutes to walk to the sea. There are two parking spaces under the windows, but you can park on the street, there was always space. The street is calm, cars practically do not drive. A large and beautiful garden right under the windows, a lot of oranges and lemons grew. There is a mosque nearby, be prepared for loud prayers in the mornings.

The apartment is very cleverly set out, making the most use of space and in a good location in terms of access to shops and local bus route. The property is equipped with all the basics for cooking and laundry, and has been finished to a good standard with charming little touches throughout. The view from the balcony was also a highlight. Münevver was friendly and helpful, and we were made to feel very welcome. Excellent value for money, and would definitely stay again. Thank you 🙏

Everything went well, the apartment was very clean and cozy. The balcony and the enclosed area with a green lawn and figs made us very happy:) The host is very friendly! The only thing is that we recommend coming by car for other guests, as the house is far from the center. There is a parking on the premises.

One of the best places I ever stayed in. Nice quiet comfortable villa , everything works, close to Oludeniz beach (5 minutes by car), not far from grocery shops , 15 minutes drive to Fethiye . Decent Internet if you need to work remotely. Very friendly and responsive host , few issues we had were quickly dealt with. Could recommend the place , and will most likely book it again next fall .
