Great place! Wonderful location to walk to the beach, and the apt had everything I needed. Mindy was excellent to communicate with and made the stay very easy.

Anytime we have a break from school/work, The Wishing Well Mini Ranch is our go-to vacation spot! Kim and Kiva go above and beyond to make our stays on the ranch memorable and amazing. Hanging with the animals, relaxing in the cute Airstream, and drinking a fresh latte on the tree swings are our favorite places to spend the day. Kim was so kind and let my 7 year old daughter help him feed the animals and made sure our stay was perfect. My daughter cries every time we have to leave this place. 5 giant stars for this place and host!

We stayed at Lori and Bob's lovely place for two months. The guesthouse is comfortable and roomy, and thanks to the well-appointed kitchen, all set for a longer stay. Great location: very private, yet close to downtown Carlsbad, the beach, and a short drive to Encinitas. We especially appreciated the easy freeway/train access to San Diego, and even made several trips to LA. Lori and Bob are also delightful hosts: respectful of privacy, yet friendly and super responsive to any questions or requests. We'll certainly look forward to returning!

Doug and Theresa's residence reminds me of those featured in Architectural Digest. Well worth the price. Well worth the scenic view. Well worth the proximity to Carlsbad Village Drive.
