Monthly Rentals in Oceanside

We stayed for 5 months with our dog and had a great time! The apartment complex is very pet friendly, with many walkable paths and plenty of lawn spaces. We loved that we were so close to the major freeways (76, 78, I5, and 101), lots to do and good eats around! Inside had all amenities necessary for a long term stay, including initial paper/disposable products. Eugene was super responsive and helpful when needed! Since we were staying for a while, Eugene helped arrange monthly cleanings, and the cleanings were super helpful in keeping the condo fresh! 10/10 would recommend!

We stayed at Lori and Bob's lovely place for two months. The guesthouse is comfortable and roomy, and thanks to the well-appointed kitchen, all set for a longer stay. Great location: very private, yet close to downtown Carlsbad, the beach, and a short drive to Encinitas. We especially appreciated the easy freeway/train access to San Diego, and even made several trips to LA. Lori and Bob are also delightful hosts: respectful of privacy, yet friendly and super responsive to any questions or requests. We'll certainly look forward to returning!

My hosts could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Their beautiful, art-filled home looks out on an amazing tiered garden with a wide vista beyond. Wake up (early or late) to fresh coffee and conversation plus. Easy driving to local and regional dining, shops, and POI. In all, an awesome stay!

I really enjoyed staying here and was sad to be leaving! The WiFi was great for remote work and I felt extra safe with the gated driveway / surrounding community. Between the peaceful orchard surroundings and the close proximity to beaches, hikes, wineries, etc this was the perfect place to balance relaxing and exploring. Carmen & Dave were great hosts and were super responsive when I reached out with questions. I would stay again!
