Apartment holiday rentals in Oceanside

This was our 2nd stay in the last two months and will be staying here again in the future. Great location, clean and the kitchen is well appointed. It’s perfectly sized for me, my wife and 1 yr old son and reasonably priced. Richard is a very accommodating host and is on top of it. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you, Richard.

Kris and Bob’s hilltop apartment was so cute and the views were immaculate! Caught them on their walks a few times and they were very kind. Apartment does have a sky light so no sleeping in around here to miss these wonderful views ;)

We spent three nights at Judy’s place and felt right at home. She was quick to respond to any questions and easy to communicate with from the time of booking until check-out. The kitchen had everything you’d need to make home cooked meals including many spices/condiments. All of the spaces were clean and well stocked. The cottage has great walkability and is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. We had a great time and are glad we had this place to come back to after our long days out and about.

We LOVED this condo! The views are amazing! The place is clean and so cozy. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen that we've had in a rental. I especially loved the griddle and large pots! The owners are kind and responsive. The neighbors are also very nice. We did not want to leave. I hope we get the chance to come back!

Such a lovely and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, we cooked several meals. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. About 30 mins to san diego downtown and airport. Similar price to a hotel room and 4x the space. The shower is grand! Hosts were lovely. Thank you John and Laura.

I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible oceanside rental for five weeks, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, making morning strolls and sunset walks so convenient and enjoyable. We enjoyed staying at Robyn's place for the weekend. It was exactly like the photos and had plenty of room for the 2 of us. It was very easy to check-in and Robyn was great at responding to us.

I had a wonderful stay at this little beach cottage! Even tho it’s pretty bare bones, it was such a peaceful and zen winter escape. PROs: very comfortable bed, clean, close to beach (loved catching glimpses of ocean from the street), super close to #30 bus, easy walk to the main La Jolla restaurants/shops/farmers market and coast line/boardwalk, quiet neighborhood (you can hear the cars on the main blvd, but, as a city girl, I like that white noise), feels very private despite the large windows and proximity to other houses, host was very responsive (and also took care of a small issue w fuse box). CONs: definitely a little worn (rust on doors, nicks in tiles), fan hits the ceiling so didn’t use, outdoor laundry kind of strange and not in the best shape but usable, beach access on Sea Lane is fairly precarious (rocks vs real steps, but easy to walk to the formal steps a block over), walls are thin - not a problem for the bedroom, but could hear neighbors in main room sometimes

Amazing place in Oceanside!! The apartment was virtually spotless when I arrived and everything matched the description and pictures completely. It is only a short 10 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants. Elaine was extremely responsive to questions and very proactive with all information for check-in/check-out. I will be back!

Very quaint and quiet place. Simplicity at its finest the beach being less than a mile away was amazing and the serenity and feeling we got why we were there was amazing.

this spot was perfect for my family and i. dave greeted us immediately upon pulling in, showed us around and brought us down some beers to welcome us. they also had snacks for us to enjoy and supplied us with absolutely everything we needed for our time spent there to include tea and coffee. the outside of the property is gorgeous with it’s foliage and the amazing view. would stay here again!

Our third extended stay with Gloria and Mari. Great hosts and excellent location - less than two blocks from the beach and easy walk to the Village. Lovely area, friendly folks with lots of fun shops, restaurants, or just walking on the beach. Apartment was great for the two of us, everything you need, clean and comfy. New improvements made during the last three years are nice and off-street parking is a bonus. Our winter home for sure!

Mel was the best host I’ve had! We asked if they had a tea kettle and she quickly amazoned it. The space is great value and the outdoor area is such a treat.

Amazing location and great spacious apartment. We had an issue getting the oven to work and getting the freezer cold enough to make ice. Kim was responsive with helping us troubleshoot the issue. We had a short stay so these were not major problems. The listing also described the checkout time as an hour later than the host indicated the morning of our departure. This was also no problem for our group and Kim was responsive and kind with noting the minor issues. Overall an amazing stay!

The host was very kind and responded to all questions in a timely manner. Was also very accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage in the garage until our flight time. The place was nice and clean, we also loved the mini patio outside.

We've been staying in this complex many times and in different units. Steven's condo is clean, modern and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Steven communicated his favourite restaurants and stores with us and even though we've been to Oceanside many times, we discovered some new spots (especially the churro's were delicious!).

This was a last minute staycation and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The unit was clean and well stocked. Large bathroom with a great tub and steam shower. The property has a few dining choices and is nice to walk around. Very safe and quiet area.

The condo was awesome! Walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops and great communication throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!

This is such a gem. The cottage like vibe is so peaceful as well as the nature surrounding this Airbnb. Super clean and cozy, quiet where I had the best naps with the windows open and the fresh breeze entering. If you’re looking for a getaway from the busy city life, this is it. My girlfriend fell in love with its tranquility and beauty. Highly recommend and we are certainly booking again. Thank you Linda for this opportunity.
