Apartment holiday rentals in Oceanside

Luis’s place was exactly as described, very clean, and comfortable. There are various cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be booking with Luis again next time we stay in San Diego!

This was our 2nd stay in the last two months and will be staying here again in the future. Great location, clean and the kitchen is well appointed. It’s perfectly sized for me, my wife and 1 yr old son and reasonably priced. Richard is a very accommodating host and is on top of it. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you, Richard.

Kris and Bob’s hilltop apartment was so cute and the views were immaculate! Caught them on their walks a few times and they were very kind. Apartment does have a sky light so no sleeping in around here to miss these wonderful views ;)

This is such a fantastic location! You can see the bay from the patio & so close to the beach!! We walked or Ubered everywhere… which was cheap 🙂 Lots of natural light with all the windows & the temp inside was perfect with the fans provided. Love the live plants inside too 🪴 .. so homey, comfy & clean. We had such a great time 🌊☀️🏖️

This rental was great. We had a problem with check-in and Patty was responsive and helpful. She also left a gift card to a local restaurant that we used and enjoyed. The sleeper couches are also very comfortable and the wifi and TV worked great. Highly recommend.

This spot is perfect for a group visiting Pacific Beach. Super close to the beach and all of the awesome restaurants and bars that surround it. This spot was great for hanging out at during down time, and was a great home base for our beach-going weekend. I would stay here again in a heartbeat while visiting PB!

Very quaint and quiet place. Simplicity at its finest the beach being less than a mile away was amazing and the serenity and feeling we got why we were there was amazing.

It's a nice place to stay. Very close to Carlsbad, Oceanside and the 78. Makes travelling to Vista and Esondido very convenient.

If you are in doubt about where you will stay in SD, you have definitely found it! House absolutely with in the ad, comfortable (the bed was my favorite part), and with everything you may need. In addition to the place being extremely quiet, allowing a rest after tours (take a night to cook and have a glass of wine in this wonderful accommodation). About the location, you are close to all the main points of San Diego a few minutes by car. And a few steps away Ruby and Rich recommended great restaurants! Hosts always available and helpful. It was amazing to be able to feel at home in San Diego! We are already looking forward to coming back, thank you for everything Ricj and Ruby :)

this spot was perfect for my family and i. dave greeted us immediately upon pulling in, showed us around and brought us down some beers to welcome us. they also had snacks for us to enjoy and supplied us with absolutely everything we needed for our time spent there to include tea and coffee. the outside of the property is gorgeous with it’s foliage and the amazing view. would stay here again!

Such a lovely and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, we cooked several meals. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. About 30 mins to san diego downtown and airport. Similar price to a hotel room and 4x the space. The shower is grand! Hosts were lovely. Thank you John and Laura.

We had a fantastic stay at this place which was squeaky clean, beautifully decorated, highly private and walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach! Sierra is a responsive host and the place was exactly as described in the pictures. The only difference was that, it’s on a second level and one has to carry their luggage through 2.5 flights of stairs. The laundry is on the ground level, it’s shared and we found the washers and dryers not super clean. It was a short trip, so it didn’t matter. We would love to stay here again in the future

This place was great. Amazing location right off the 5, clean and quiet! Dave was a wonderful host, communicative, kind, and made check-in and out a breeze. The Cardiff Seaside Market is perfect for grabbing lunch for the beach. Thank you so much! See you next time!

Endless Summer!! The perfect Cali beach vibe!! We stayed here for 6 nights, and it was wonderful in every way. The parking spot was so convenient, the grounds were so well kept, and the apartment was exactly as described and more. The view is amazing. We loved watching the surfers every morning from our balcony, and the sunset every night! We used the pool, the grill, and the gym. We walked to Oceanside pier in just a few minutes. The place was clean, the personal touches were awesome, and Steven was the best host from start to finish. We will go back!

We loved our stay in Mission Beach! Perfect for both relaxing and having fun on the boardwalk. The private hot tub was a great amenity to come home to every night in February, when the ocean is still too cold to swim in. The home is tucked away in a cute alley of beach houses and relatively private for being in such a bustling area. We would love to stay again!

Check in was extremely easy . Parking space was great & empty when we would arrive but might be a little tight for large trucks. Apartment is a 10-15 min drive from downtown & attractions. Spa was extremely private with great view. I was unable to get it to 100 degrees unfortunately but was still nice at 85 degrees ! Overall are stay was great !

This is a stellar unit at the La Costa resort. Very nicely remodeled and as advertised. Great pool and hot tub area with amazing views. Easy walk to the Omni La Costa and the shops and restaurants on the grounds. Definitely recommend this spot!

Loved our stay! This was our first time visiting San Diego, and we fell in love with the neighborhood — super walkable and safe. Melissa’s place was exactly as pictured and very clean, which we really appreciated. We enjoyed walking to nearby spots like Stella Jean’s for ice cream and Parkhouse Eatery for breakfast. The deli right across the street was also super convenient for grabbing sandwiches and drinks on our first day. The hot tub was such a nice bonus, and we definitely made use of the grill too! Both the host and co-host were quick to respond whenever we reached out. We’d absolutely consider staying here again!

Adam's place was better than we expected. We have no complaints with the amenities. You don't have to worry about cold showers, the water runs hot. The hot tub was amazing and had privacy. There's a really cool bar maybe a 4 min walk away with an arcade and food trucks if your older. Downtown is a 5 min drive away as well. With the freeway right near the house we could go to different beachfronts with ease. Will definitely book again in the future if it's available.

Great stay! The house rules were communicated well! We loved the jacuzzi, kitchen area, and watched a movie in a cozy bed! Amazing!
