This was an AMAZING SPACE!!. Great floorplan, great amenities, and it will be a perfect space for your family. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and more.. The beds, pillows, and linens were very comfortable, and the kitchen had PLENTY of tableware and utensils for the family. My family and I will certainly return.

Nicholas was both thoughtful and responsive. We felt welcomed and right at home. Was a good location for us with an easy commute to beach by bike, or car. Thanks for having us!

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway on the water where you can unwind or explore the Norfolk/Portsmouth/Chesapeake/VA Beach area…look no further: this home is a gem. Even though in a neighborhood; the yard is secluded and the perfect place to relax and leave the chaos of life behind. Our host was charming and helpful and super communicative. Our family of 5 absolutely adored our stay and would highly recommend! Downtown Portsmouth is quaint and has some great eating establishments as well as eat access to the ferry over to Norfolk. Grocery shopping is very easy with a Kroger, Super Walmart & Food Lion all close by. I would stay here all over again if we’re ever back in the area. This was such a beautiful house! The fenced yard was fabulous for my little dog. The bed was comfy. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure in the shower. Well-stocked kitchen. Big fridge. Such a comfy couch to have a snack and watch a movie. I didn't use the piano room or the big three-season room, but they would be lovely for visitors in groups or with kids. The hosts had a great sense of humor when I thought I'd locked myself out (I didn't...I just had a temporary brain freeze, lol). Beautiful neighborhood. If I can get my kids to come visit, we'll definitely look into booking this house because it's got all the space and conveniences we would need. Highly recommended.

Adam’s place was as expected. The location was easy to find and decent food places around the area. Driving distance to the beach and other attractions. Adam was very responsive and helpful. Overall great place to stay would stay again. Met our needs.

My son and daughter and I had a very nice stay. The house was as described . The fenced in back yard was very large and roomy for our dog. The kitchen was well equipped so that I could cook dinner each night. I would definitely consider renting again.

We enjoyed a 4 night stay at Paint the Beach Pink in January 2025. The house completely met the description provided by host Bradley. It snowed during our stay and quite quickly, Bradley arranged to have the stairs to the house, and the driveway, cleared. So easily accessible to the VA Beach Boardwalk and a short drive from other activities in the area (e.g., museums). We took advantage of our stay to partake of VA Beach Restaurant Week.

We stayed at this lovely Airbnb over the weekend with our family of six, and it was a fantastic experience! The home was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep after our busy days. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. The host’s attention to detail really stood out, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. It was the perfect space for our family getaway, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful setting, walkable to the beach and a few local restaurants, next to the swimming pool & bathhouse but shrubbery for privacy, and on the water. Crystal was very responsive and helpful!! Just an overall cool spot …. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again! I provided my own RV.

Our family, truly enjoyed our vacation here in Williamsburg! Jaime,was responsive in answering all questions. Busch Gardens is a hop away including all of the activities we wanted to enjoy. We made some great memories.

Dustin's home is beautiful, and the upstairs seperated suite is exactly what we needed for our quick weekend in Norfolk. Just a few minute walk to the beach, and plenty of things to do in the area!

We stayed at this Virginia Beach condo over Christmas vacation. The home was very clean and spacious and an easy walk to the beach. It was perfect for our family of six. The only drawback was the traffic noise. Even with the windows closed, we could hear the traffic all day to late into the night.

Frank and Angelica weee great hosts - friendly, responsive and accommodating. The yard is expansive and loved by our furry travel companion. Perfect for these two people and pup. Thanks for hosting us.

Susan is an excellent host and went out of her way to make us feel welcome with clearly written instructions. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The location was within walking distance of the beach and convenient to anything we could think of. The neighborhood was quiet and the people were friendly. We had a nice stay and would stay again!

This place had eveything needed plus nice touches I never even considered. I was taking notes to improve my own guest room at home! Verg thoughtful, and I hope to return!

Absolutely wonderful hosts! Gracious and friendly. Respected my privacy. The fenced yard with plenty of space for my dog and the lovely koi pond made our stay safe and relaxing. Quiet neighborhood for walking. The camper was stocked with everything we could imagine needing. Comfy bed with super cozy linens and blankets. The heat was great despite it being in the 30s and 40s outside. Wifi allowed me to watch streaming videos and work remotely. Plenty of hot water. Fell in love with Mandy, the black lab, whom we saw a few times as we were coming and going. If you want a comfortable space away from traffic and people, this is a great choice. I would stay again anytime.

Loved our stay at the farm cottage so much! Looking out at the ducks in the pond from the porch rockers, hanging out with our new favorite farm dog, Buddy, exploring the trails through the orchard, checking out the stars at night - everything was seriously idyllic. And hosts were so kind! Communication with Naomi ahead of time was great and we loved meeting Paul and Narelle as well. Wonderful stay all around!
