VILLA A MARE

Villa A Mare is in one of the most beautiful locations of Paros named Lageri, with respect to the Cycladic architecture and Greek tradition, we created Villa Mare, overlooking the blue Aegean and northern peninsula of Paros. Villa A Mare is located at an enclosed 8-acre private property by the sea, along a calm, private sandy beach. Within the land of palm trees, they share a private-parking area, a basketball court, a sun-bathing space with sunbeds, an external shower (for after beach usage), two traditional water wells and a path leading directly to the sea. The front house is 220 sq.m.; Approaching the house from the front, to its left side is a porch (with a doorway to the kitchen) which features a marble dinner table and chairs, covered by a pergola of bougainvillea flowers and a rustic barbeque place. The back part of the house (viewing the sea) includes a dinning space with a large marble table and lounge space with two large sofas. Entering the ground floor, which is a total of 180 sq.m, you find a spacious room which features the large living room and its fire-place lounge (includes a hi-fi, satellite TV & DVD player), the dinning room with its large rustic dinning table and the kitchen with its electric appliances. Further in, you end up in a specious bedroom with queen-sized beds, satellite TV, air conditiong, a closet and storage spaces. There is a separate storage room next to the bedroom and the ground floor's bathroom, which includes a toilet, a shower and a sink. The 1st floor is 40 sq.m and features a master bedroom (including air conditioning, a closet and storage spaces) with large balconies and a wide breathtaking sea-view. Next to it is the bathroom, which includes a bathtub and a toilet. The second house is divided into two separate, autonomous apartments. The base-floor apartment is 85 sq.m. and features a large room with a kitchen (including electrical-appliances such as refrigerator, cooking stoves, coffee and tea making facilities), a spacious living-room with smart TV,a double sofa-bed and two traditionally inbuilt couches with the added possibility of being transformed into two single-beds. A glassed doorway leads to its front porch, which features a seating place with sea-view. Continuing further into the house, there is a bathroom which includes a shower, a sink and a toilet. Next to it is the bedroom, which features two queen-size beds, storage-spaces and a satellite TV. The upper-floor apartment is 55 sq.m.; It features a kitchen (which includes two refrigerators, cooking stoves, coffee and tea making facilities) and a lounge with a traditionally inbuilt couch which can be transformed into a single bed. Further in is the bedroom, which features a king size bed, a smart TV, a hi-fi and storage spaces. The balcony door leads to its spacious balcony lounge, which enjoys a rich sea view. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom, which includes a shower, a water sink and a toilet.

George is the most generous, passionate, and thoughtful host you'll ever find. The listing is in Logaras beach, Piso Livadi, one of the best spots on the island. There are three completely different beaches a stone's throw from one another, within walking distance. Logaras beach (seen from the balcony in the pictures) is 1 minute away. At the end of it, there's a path that leads to the other side, where you'll find yourself on Punda Beach. If, when walking out the listing, instead of going towards Logaras beach, you go left, you'll reach Piso Livadi beach in 5 minutes. Also, that's where you're going to find one of the best restaurants on the island, Halaris. There's a bus stop right under under the listing, past the minimarket, and another one by Piso Livadi beach. Buses run until midnight, if you wish to go to Naoussa or Parikia. Thank you, George. A thoroughly magnificent experience from start to end. Transportation was complimentary and very simple from the port to the pristine suite. The view from the terrace is unparalleled with breathtaking naturally pink lakes to the left and the crystal blue Mediterranean to the right. Sunsets were like nothing we’ve ever seen before. The little orchard on the property with pomegranates, oranges and grapefruits was divine and every day we picked and tasted the fruits. Nektaria went above and beyond, so thoughtful and helpful, delivering us a car rental straight to our door, providing recommendations and just generally making herself available. This slice of heaven is tucked away from everything, but only a twenty minute walk to many bars and restaurants. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don’t hesitate - just book. Thank you for absolutely everything!

We had a great stay! Beautiful apartment with a lovely host. The Supermarket and bus station is 300m and the sea is just 10 minutes by walk. There is also a bakery you can have a delicious breakfast. Aaaand we got the best moussaka from Kiriakis mother. We felt so welcome! Thank you for everything!

Favorite Airbnb experience. Enchanted by this exquisite island, its hospitality and hidden corners. You’ll never find a better host than Mike, neverrr. Words cannot do justice to this treasure of a human being. The Naxos (careful: not Paros, Santorini, or Mykonos) studio is brilliantly and tastefully designed, and neighbors there become friends. Resplendent beauty in every direction, breakfast and coffee outside with a breeze, surprises that make the stay magical. Any way Mike can assist, he does. Having the hardest time leaving, but with the fondest of memories, thanks wholly to booking here.
