Waterfront holiday rentals in Mount Maunganui

What a relaxing beachfront getaway. Completely worth it. The sound of the waves at night was so relaxing. Walkable to a couple restaurants and shops. Fantastic location, lovely host.

Shar’s place was clean and well organised. Good location but a little noisy at night being on a busy street. We were generally satisfied with our stay at this apartement. But there were a couple of points that I would like to note. One of the twin beds was not very comfortable and it was better to sleep on the couch the next night. The apartement was very clean inside but the balcony was not. I think improvement on these would make this aparement a truly perfect 5 star holiday home.

Fantastic location, couldn’t be closer to the beach than this. Stunning sunrises, beautiful beach great for swimming. Quiet setting, walk easily to dairy and takeaways, short drive to larger shopping centre. The house has comfy beds and all the kitchen equipment you might need. Plenty of space throughout. Responsive helpful host and outstanding value for money. This place is on our favourites list, thanks Caroline!

We had a two night stay in this BEAUTIFUL apartment. Unfortunately there was a cyclone and the weather was horrible but the apartment meant that my 3 children had plenty of space to play. The view over the beach and watching the storm was actually really cool as this apartment has an amazing panorama. Would highly highly recommend this place and we will hopefully get to come back (without cyclone next time). Thanks to our host for an awesome stay and easy check-in/out.

Lovely stay, clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Our fur baby was also welcome which we appreciated a lot! You’re right near private access to the beautiful papamoa beach. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for having us :)

A little peace of Heaven was perfect for my needs. I would highly recommend it for a couple or single person getaway. Suzet and Fred take a lot of pride in their home. Such an amazing property. Beautifully furnished and great location. Perfect for kids thanks to the trampoline, spa and space. Gym/garage is an extra perk. Want to stay again

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. It is spacious and you can't beat the view. It has everything you could possibly need with lots of games for the kids. It was so enjoyable watching the tide come and go and bird watching. We were here in Autumn so didn't take advantage of the paddleboards but will definitely come back in summer if we can. Hosts were so accommodating to our needs. Thank you so much.

WOW, Julie the host was incredible :):). From the get-go she was super responsive, friendly and so patient while we worked through the details of our long stay. She went the extra mile with regular check-ins, cleaner arranged and was very supportive to our colleagues needs. Would highly recommend Julie. Oh! and the property is exactly as described, neat and tidy and homely.

It was a heaven. Everything was perfect. Sur was a nicest person that I ever met through air BnB. I thoroughly recommend this place if you wanna have be ever relax.

We had a spectacular stay with our family. Amazing views from the lounge, a great location and a very comfortable house that had everything we needed. I did a triathlon, which was the perfect viewing spot for my family to watch. We would definitely stay again.

This place is sooo good!!! The view - incredible. The host is so kind. The Hot tub/pool is very much needed after a long day. This is one of the best places we have stayed for air bnb, and we highly recommend booking here!

We loved our stay. Great for families and small group. The location was perfect. Walked right to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. Jayde was an amazing host. Great communication, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and we'd stay again.
