Monthly Rentals in Midtown, Memphis

This was our second atay with Mark and Fabricio. Mark went out of his way to make our stay amazing. He is such a gracious host and his place is always immaculate. The pumpkin bread his Mother made was delicious and a pleasant surprise! If we're in Memphis again, we will definitely consider staying here.

Great place! Close to Cooper Young, and all the things we had planned for Memphis. Heidi is a friendly host. She met us at the door (which is rare for Airbnb these days) and got us squared away.

The Deco Suite was my “home away from home” for 3.5 months. It is a great apartment with a fantastic location next to overton park and a quick walk to great restaurants in midtown. Monty is an amazing host - very responsive and friendly. Cannot wait to return!

This is a great place to stay. It is located in a safe neighborhood which is a must to consider if in Memphis. The facility has a laundry which is a plus and it is overall confortable. Thank you again!
