Holiday rentals with a pool in Midtown, Memphis

Home was as described and exactly what we needed for our family gathering. The living areas were spacious enough so we all could be in one area at the same time and not feel cramped. The area was quiet and we felt safe in the home. The home was clean ( kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, linens…everything) and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and answered all the questions, we had in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend this home to someone looking to visit Memphis.

Wonderful home! Very accommodating for large or multi-families. Master suite is very spacious and worked great for my 82 year old father. Lots to do in the good sized back yard. Fun game room. Beds and linens and very comfortable. VERY safe neighborhood. Lots of stores and restaurants near by. Ashleigh and Austin responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. Not far from the airport or Beale Street. Great location. If we were to go back to Memphis, I would stay here again.

Our large family (8 adults, 5 small kids) loved this house and its location. The size was large enough for us to spread out and keep the kids separated for naptimes and early bedtimes. The pool is a wonderful place to hang out! The pool is heated year-round to 84 degrees, but during cooler seasons, the hosts will heat the pool to higher temps for an extra fee- ask about this ahead, so you can budget for it. With the outdoor temps in the 50s, we were able to comfortably enjoy afternoon swimming everyday. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood, within 5 minutes of nice restaurants and supermarkets, and only 20 minutes to downtown Memphis. I recommend this house for any family looking for a spot near Memphis to stay and play.

Enjoyed my stay so much I booked another unit to extend my trip! Place was great and very private. The host was very kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

We couldn’t have had a better stay! We ended up snowed in and the heated pool and hot tub were perfect to get us through. Kitchen is stocked very well.

Perfect location and walkable distance with on small caveat. I’ll get to that later. The location was great and right around the corner from Beale Street. Catching a Lyft or uber when we went out was between $5-7 to Beale Street. That’s way cheaper than paying for parking. As mentioned the place was great, the only small caveat for me since I’m a light sleeper was the traffic noise since the property is right in downtown area. Other than that it was a nice little spot.

We live in the same building as this unit, and it was convenient and easy for us to book this for family that was coming to visit. We were given clear instructions for check-in and check-out and lots information about the surrounding restaurants and such.

Great and Comfortable House. Not too far of a distance from Dowtown ... will definitely book again if to come back to Memphis. Thanks for having us and I hope we were respectful enough for the house.
