Monthly Rentals in Merivale

Fantastic !! Wish we had found this place ages ago, as great location with Merivale Mall and Freshchoice across road and eateries. Aikmans and Bridgette's were fantastic. This will be our Christchurch preferred accommodation going forward! Thanks Rochelle!

Very comfortable well located and looked after - absolutely loved the extra long bath - what a treat! Also great to have off road parking for more than one vehicle - great value for money

Elaine’s place was very comfortable, easy to find, well set up and a great place to stay for a night as we made our way further south.

We enjoyed our stay at Min's place! The location was great - close to the park for picnics and morning walks, and close enough to walk into town to the Riverside market. We also enjoyed having the option of dining outside in the backyard. The apartment was very clean and everything was in working order, and Min was proactive with instructions and responsive to our questions. Because we were travelling as a family with my one year old, there were a few things we realized we missed. We planned to do most of our cooking and meals at home and found the kitchen was only minimally stocked, but we were able to make do. The beds were also a bit small (definitely smaller than a queen - maybe a full?) and I frequently bed share with my baby but this wasn't possible. I only share these things to provide information to other families like ours. Overall, I absolutely recommend Min's place! It would be perfect if you eat out most meals or are in town for a conference and just need a place to sleep
