This is a lovely Airbnb in a seaside suburb of Christchurch. It worked well for a night for my family - there’s an epic playground and library nearby.

Perfect Accomodation in a safe peaceful neighbourhood, very cosy and wonderful local Cafe The Birdwood such a short distance away. I also recommend the Bohemian Bakery at St Martin’s . Delicious coffee, and eats and friendly staff. Great position but close to necessities if you don’t have a vehicle . Beautiful Heathcote Rivrr. Rebecca is a wonderful respectful host. I will be back thank you.

This was our 2nd stay at the Min’s. The place was great! It’s clean & all of the appliances are like brand new & easy to use. And the most important thing was the BIDET!! Such a winner! Very recommended place to stay.

We had a super stay at Vicky and Rob's place. It was fabulous. Everything was super and our hosts were incredibly attentive and lovely. Such a pleasure to have stayed here with our Stanley dog.. Thanks for having us.

Lovely comfortable compact property. Very clean and tidy. Convenient for shops, city centre, Linwood Pool and to beaches at New Brighton and Sumner. Off road garage parking very useful. Pond was very responsive and sent clear check in and check out instructions. Woukd definitely book again on future visits.
