Holiday rentals with a sauna in Marmara Region

beautiful apartment, great reception (very helpful), the only issue is that the walking distance to Taksim square is with very huge slope, Deniz responded swiftly during booking and after our arrival.

The place is comfortable, clean and tidy .. There is a shuffle in the bathroom .. And the dealing is very sophisticated .. The employee treats him a wonderful time shorter and mana from the first day to the last day.. We encountered a problem on the first day and the quickest time .. And whatever we would do, he responds, and on a smooth length.. A thousand thanks to him and for his dealings

We had great communication, very attentive and the apartment had water, fruits, basic items and that make a lot of difference. I felt at home, I was able to enjoy my stay with peace of mind.

Great host and quite responsive. The apartment is right beside a large shopping mall that had a beautiful holiday market in December. I would stay again if in the immediate area.

It was very nice to stay here and it also felt like a home due to the size of the house. There was enough space for lots of stuff and privacy if you are with multiple people. Also a very nice layout of the apartment. Very clean and nice facilities and the host was super sweet and helpful! The only downfall is that you don't have hot water for long, so if multiple people are going to shower there is most likely no more hot water.

Cool residential complex (large swimming pool, gym and shop right in it). A cozy, clean and quiet apartment (the noise from the street is almost not heard even with the windows open). I really liked it and it turned out to be better than we expected. The hostess was very responsive and promptly helped with all our questions.

Amazing apartment. Exactly as described and within 10 minutes walk to Taksim square. Hosts were very caring, helpful and available at any point to help. Including offering to help get to/from airport. Will be staying again

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!

My name is Said. My stay for three nights was very nice. The accommodation is clean and there is all the needs in the complex. There is a shopping mall, restaurants and cafes and very close to Istiklal Street in Taksim area. The clean was very wonderful and cooperative. He was the one who received me and gave a precise video description of the way to enter and exit the apartment and a description of the surrounding places and I will re-experience it with him in the next visit to Istanbul

The site is excellent and safe and brother Hussam is responsive and was present in our reception and the neighborhood is quiet and close to you with groceries, a pharmacist and all services

Denis’s place was wonderful. Clean and tidy with all amenities as described. The Sauna/Hammam are a nice addition, particularly for the winter months. Balat is a charming neighbourhood with good transport links and walkable to most sites in SultanAhmet. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider booking again for future trips.

Ms. Gülin was a host who answered the questions instantly and provided clear instructions about check-in and checkout house use and details. The house is more beautiful than the photos, I don't want to go without saying that. We spent a great weekend with the kids.

We stayed as a family group, and those two days became truly unforgettable moments in our lives. We were beyond happy and amazed by the experience. Our stay from February 4-6 was exceptionally well-prepared, with every detail thoughtfully arranged—from the cozy fireplace and ample firewood to the constant supply of hot water and the villa’s warm, inviting atmosphere.
