We are very satisfied with our stay in the form of 10 adults and 3 infants. The house was spotless. Everything was available for the babies and us to be comfortable. Mr. Kemal was responsive to our every need. We had a smooth and pleasant holiday. We left everything as we found it and left the house in a pleasant and happy way. We'd prefer it again.

first of all, I would like to thank Mr. Fikret, who hosted us very well. We felt like we were hosting. The place we stayed was great, especially because he was an architect, and he took me to my childhood. There is nothing left from the stress of Istanbul. When I got up in the morning, I was so comfortable and peaceful. The garden was the tree tree, and if it was winter, I was more curious about the summer.

Although it is only an hour away from Istanbul, we felt in a completely different world during our time here. It provides both a relaxing and inspiring environment with its warm and welcoming ambiance, comfortable furnishings and expansive windows to the natural landscape. Ms. Ipek was also extremely caring ,welcoming and sweet. She was quick to meet our every need during our stay. If you are looking for a calm and comfortable getaway with nature, I would definitely recommend it! We can't wait to come back here.

Our stay at Villa Balloka was truly unforgettable! The property is even more stunning than the photos show, with plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy, making it ideal for our family gathering. Ergin and Mr. Mehmet were fantastic hosts—always helpful and quick to respond when needed. The villa is fully equipped with a pool, basketball court, and movie room. The kids loved it so much, they often chose to stay at the villa instead of sightseeing. We rented a van, which made commuting to sightseeing spots easy. There are also several great restaurants within a 10-minute drive. Ergin's excellent communication made the check-in and checkout process seamless. We can’t wait to come back!

It is a great farm in touch with nature... We had a great time in the studio, except for the beauty of the farmhouse. One side of the studio is completely glass and very nice to watch nature and relax. We were skeptical about the heating in the house, but we did not have any problems. Wood is prepared, there is a stove in every room. There are extra electric heaters, but the stoves were enough. We came with 5 pairs and had a great time. Due to their availability, they provided flexibility in both our check-in and checkout times and allowed us to enter early. The farm owner was very interested. Staying on this farm definitely needs to be experienced.

Stayed here as 6 people, and it was a great stay! Very peaceful and nice escape from the city. Plenty of space for kids to run around and burn off energy. Fire pit was nice and wood burning furnaces kept the place nice and warm and host provided plenty of wood. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to escape the city!

Our stay in Sapanca was great! The house is immaculately clean, comfortable and surrounded by nature. Mr. Sedat was very hospitable and caring, responded to all our questions quickly and did his best to make sure everything was perfect. We had a pleasant night in a quiet, peaceful environment.
