One of the best homes we have stayed in. Clean and comfortable with absolutely everything you need. We didn’t need to bring any toiletries, towels, bedding or basic supplies in the kitchen. Lovely Nespresso coffee. A bed more comfortable than my own. Sheridan towels. A lovely basket of chocolate, wine, lollies and popcorn. So giving. Worth every penny. Not to mention the gorgeous sound of the ocean at night. Just perfect, thank you.

Great place for a relaxing weekend with friends and family! The house is spacious, clean and has a huuuge jacuzzi, which we spent most of our time in - it's certainly the highlight of the house. Sophie was also friendly and responsive at all times. I highly recommend her place and would definitely come back.

The pool and the proximity to the beach were excellent. The house was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

This was the perfect Airbnb for a mini break with our group of friends and kids. The house has everything you could ever think of, toys, books, linen, towels, cooking utensils. There is a short walk to the beach from the property and we often encountered horses on the way, just lovely. The outdoor area with the bbq and fire pit was used for almost every meal and was a great spot for us all to hang out. It was a truly memorable stay and we already look forward to the next stay!

This was the perfect city escape for the weekend to celebrate my husband’s 40th with the kids. Such a stunning serene spot, minutes to Berry town but you feel a million miles away. Couldn’t recommend Milkwood Barn more highly

WOW!!! What a spectacular home!! We absolutely loved our stay. Town was only 2kms away but serenity of the property is unbeatable. We wish we booked another night to enjoy the pool more lol. We had an amazing stay! The house was absolutely beautiful—pristine, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly well-equipped. We loved the low-tox and natural cooking utensils and cleaning supplies, which was such a great touch. One of the best surprises was the little yoga/exercise studio, which made our stay even more special. It would have been perfect with a fan or aircon, especially for warmer days. The house itself had one aircon, and while the fans worked well, a portable fan or one on the deck/pool house would have made it even more comfortable. Aside from that, everything was perfect! The house had nearly everything we needed—just a mop would have been helpful, though all other cleaning supplies were provided. The location was fantastic, with easy walking access to the beach and local cafes. Overall, it was a wonderful weekend in a beautifully styled home with great amenities. We would absolutely love to stay again

Such a beautiful house and only a few steps to the sand - so easy to walk to the beach with kids and our dog. We had a wonderful stay. Loved sitting on the balcony looking out to sea. Emily’s house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay - we could tell that a lot of thought had been put into making the house a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The beaches are simply glorious - perfect for long walks, surfing, rolling down dunes, playing in warm rock pools, swimming and dog walking. We loved the hot outdoor shower and the back gate for easy beach access. Peaceful place and beautiful natural surrounds. Emily was happy to accommodate an early checkin and late check out so that was a real bonus (felt like we had an extra day to enjoy our holiday). Thanks Emily, we’ll definitely be back!

This is beautiful place for a relaxing stay. Definitely need a car to get around since the shop in the village has closed. The kitchen is incredible and the bed was so comfy. Louise was amazing at communicating. Would happily stay again and again!

We loved staying at Andy and Beth’s beach shack. The large enclosed yard was fantastic for our young children, and it was very convenient being able to stroll to cafes and shops.

We had such an amazing time staying here. It was well stocked, beds were comfortable, outdoor and living spaces were great and it was ridiculously close to the beach. So nice.

Simple but great little place in Vinny, booked at short notice and Alex was very accommodating and helpful in his messages. Would stay here again for sure. Love finding pet friendly places to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Jeff’s beach house! The location is perfect, it’s peaceful and just a short walk to the beach. We loved being able to see the ocean from the balcony and enjoy the sea breeze without the Easter holiday crowds. The kitchen had everything we needed, and communication with Jeff was easy and responsive. Highly recommend for a relaxing coastal escape!

Beautiful place surrounded by nature and perfect for disconnecting from busy life style. Great getaway with kids, we had the opportunity to explore the waterfalls near by and definitely was part of the highlight of the trip.
