Monthly Rentals in Malakonta

We had a wonderful stay at Sophia's with our 4 young children. A lovely spot right on the water front, perfect for swimming. The apartment was very well laid out and very clean, and the patio was perfect for meals and enjoying evening drinks. Sophia was so helpful with local restaurant and activity advice, and we had fun exploring the area in our hire car. Thank you Sophia!

Beautiful apartment had everything we needed. Host was fantastic and very friendly replying to us within minutes of messages. Perfect location. Amazing traditional no set menu taverna at end of Street, coffee shops, supermarkets, wool shop and do much on doorstep. Beach at other end of road and main front 10 mins flat walk. 100% recommend and would absolutely come back. Thank you we had a lovely few days in eretria and evia.

Vasilis' house is convenient, comfortable, and well-organized, in a quiet residential area. It has all the necessary things for a short or long stay. The garden is beautiful and it is enjoyable to have meals on the terrace. The nearest beach can be reached by foot. And there are several beaches within driving distance. Also, in Eretria village (about 10 minutes by car), there are shops, restaurants, cafes, a ferry stop, and even a local market on Saturday. Vasilis was very responsive, helpful, and polite. He gave us information about the region. Thank you for everything, Vasilis!

Ioannis's place is fantastic. It has a beautiful garden, and great view. The house itself is well equipped and comfi. You have a lot of privacy, yet it is a few minutes from Eretria with plenty of stores and restaurants. We had a very good stay at this place and sure will come again if we plan a trip to this area of Eretria at some time in future.
