Monthly Rentals in Madurankuli

An amazing location with very friendly and responsive hosts! They are doing a lot to protect the local landscape (especially turtles) and are knowledgeable about the area!

We stayed for one night at Lucky‘s new „Farm-stay“ house. The listing is not updated yet, but still it was a very pleasant surprise for us. The house ist built on an untouched property/garden and is surrounded by nature. Yes, you should be aware that this is a more nature-near option. In our book a big plus on the total experience. He is finishing the Farm-stay at the moment and is adding sweet details like an outdoor shower. If you like to stay close to nature and don’t mind some insects and frogs then this is the place to stay at. Lucky was really nice and communicated very transparently. He also arranged a flexible pick-up (our train was quite delayed) and drop off in the morning. His wife did cook amazing dinner for a reasonable price even after we asked for it like one hour before. The included breakfast she made was also delicious. Overall they are great hosts and really do their best to make your stay the greatest!

This place is excellent. Service and hospitality are incredible. Its very quiet and relaxing. Amazing atmosphere. Susantha and his family go out of their way to make you feel at home. Highly recommend.

John & Jos were great host so welcoming lots of knowledge about the area. Around for you if needed but also you had privacy. Their restaurant is well worth the visit. Accommodation is very rustic just the sort of place I like. You are also very central. I had a scooter the time I was there and I feel it’s a must John and Jo’s can put you in contact regarding the hiring of one. You don’t have to have one but you get to see so much more if you do. The kitesurfing could be amazing here but I had no wind apart from a day at the other lagoon which John & Jos showed me where it was not to far)) If you would like to see more about the place please visit my YouTube channel has I have episodes about my stay here @oneman3bags.
