Loft holiday rentals in Madrid

We chose this place due to a convention at IFEMA. Distance walkable and metro reachable with bus connection. Not much of entertainment or restaurants around, but we looked for a specific bear IFEMA location. Lovely modern appartment, very quiet. Slept very well! I highly recommend to stay there

Exactly like the pictures, on a quiet street. Supermaket and restaurants in walking distance. Great place to stay. Note: that supermarket is closed on Sundays, so bring a snack if you arrive then.

Ana’s place was as described. Felt like home. Peaceful patio, comfortable bed and great coffee! She was very responsive in our communication. I would stay here again. Highly recommend!

it is a quiet place well located close to the atocha station, and the images correspond to the description and we find it clean and tidy, it has everything you need.

The location is ideal, close to everything: metro, bus, taxi, right in the city center. No need for transportation to Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor or the Prado Museum, everything is on foot! The accommodation is very clean, tidy, and perfectly equipped — you can find everything you need in the kitchen. Carmen was very responsive and available to answer any questions we had. I will come back without hesitation. Thanks again!

My stay was great! The host was incredibly responsive and available whenever I needed anything, making the experience smooth and stress-free. The apartment is in an excellent location, with easy access to the airport and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and bars right on the street. It’s also within close proximity to museums and all the great attractions Madrid has to offer, making it a fantastic base for exploring the city. However, while the area is lively and convenient, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for solo female travelers at night, as it didn’t always feel the most comfortable. As for the apartment itself, it was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Just a note for those who prefer a firmer bed—the mattress is quite soft. It’s a matter of personal preference, but something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a great stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a well-located and well-managed place with a super responsive host!

Christian and Felix apartment was perfect for a long weekend in Madrid! Check in- and check out was easy and communication was excellent! The apartment is beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet at night for somewhere so central so the perfect balance of location and comfort. We would defiantly return 😊

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. The apartment was very comfortable, it was impeccably clean and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The area felt safe at all times, even when walking at night, and the subway was just a 10 minute walk away, which made it very easy to get around town. The host was very attentive, friendly and was always available to help with anything. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The stay was excellent! The apartment is very nice, clean and spacious. The rooftop is perfect for those that likes to barbecue.

Our stay was perfect. The house is walking distance to everywhere in the city but is off the street so is very quiet. It was very cold and rainy when we were there. We really appreciated the dual climate control units. We also came with a suitcase full of dirty clothes and really appreciated all of the hangars and the drying rack that enabled us to do 3 loads of laundry the first night. Most Airbnbs have only a few hangars.

We had a great stay at this place. Super clean and we felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay here. Bathrooms are ultra clean, Karena communicates quickly and she just wanted us to enjoy our time in Madrid. The location is private and i could find parking spots around in 2 minutes. it is near city center and airport both !!!!

Great place, all amenities are there and it is close to the center of Madrid, there is always room in front of the property to park a vehicle There is a convenience store 200 meters from the accommodation so for small troubleshooting it's very convenient Communication is fast and accurate

Location was great, near a Metro station, away from the tourist crowd. Check in was a breeze, place was clean and modern with good kitchen and washer/dryer (dryer is apparently not common in Spain). Grocery store is a block away and convenient. Place was on a ground floor of a building, with one side of the room facing the street; but with the rolling gate/wall, we felt safe (plus, it acts as a tight curtain to prevent sun light from entering). Would stay there again.

David was a really quick responding host. Every question had a fast answer . The place was near the metro station and it was really amazing the metro network in Madrid . David was really polite with many local proposals for every taste . But I want to be honest that his place is not fit to a three member family like us . Poor sound insulation , not enough space for all of us , and a sofa turns to bed for sleeping . This is wrong understanding by me and not David’s false. But I don’t want to complain because Madrid is something else and I will always connect my first visit in Madrid with David’s apartment . Thanks David .
