Holiday rentals with a balcony in Madrid

The location is perfect, if you go shopping in Gran via you can leave the bags and continue buying more without any setback. The amount of gastronomic and recreation offer around is great and I would definitely stay here again.

The home was clean when we arrived and accurate to its description. Easy to get to and very near the centre and all shops. Highly recommend for those wanting a short stay.

Great spot! Beautiful area, close walk to many great restaurants and coffee shops! Beautiful cobble stone area and the window opened up to the outside for a beautiful view! Great layout and plenty of space for a single person traveling or a couple. Bring some coffee Nespresso pods so you can enjoy the coffee machine. Really enjoyed my stay, wish I could have stayed longer and relaxed in the space. Great communication with host.

An apt as shown in the photos, excellent location, at the exit of the metro, close to supermarkets and the beautiful house, I loved it, I hope that after that accommodation the rest of my trip meet and exceed my expectations. 100% recommended

Excellent apartment with 2 BR and en-suite BA’s. Centrally located near Plaza Mayor with easy access to all main tourist sites. Very clean. Beds comfortable. 2 couples or a couple with 2 kids can easily make this work.

We had a fantastic stay in Clara's flat with our children. In a noisy city it was very quiet but just a minute's walk from the big city. Memory foam beds (two good doubles and a good twin), two shower/loos, a comfy sitting area, plenty of room to sit down and eat for four/six, elevator, coffee machine with coffee, cosy decor, in all very comfortable, quiet and convenient. Clara was also very helpful and flexible, communicating clearly and quickly on a well-known messaging app, helping out with our timing needs, and making the stay stress free. I strongly recommend Clara and her apartment. Thank you.

Ana is an outstanding host. From the outset, her friendliness and kindness really stood out. She was incredibly responsive and provided us with all the information we needed. The AirBnB is exactly as described and looks just like her photos. Our family of 4 adults had everything we needed for our stay. Most importantly for us, Ana's AirBnB was in the perfect location for visiting all the major sites. And while Madrid is a very walkable city, staying in the center of the city made our trip SO much more enjoyable. In addition to the local sites, there are many great restaurants within just a 10-15 minute radius. I very highly recommend Ana's AirBnB :)

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is very spacious, well-appointed, bright and airy, has a great little kitchen, and the beds were very comfortable. To say that it met all the needs of our family of four is an understatement. The apartment is also perfectly located to explore central Madrid, on a quiet street steps from small neighborhood cafes. The Royal Palace and Royal Collections museum is less than a 10 minute walk in one direction, and the Plaza Mayor is half that time in the opposite direction. The Prado and Sofia Reina museums and Retiro Park are a longer, leisurely walk through lovely neighborhoods. The location of the apartment also makes it easy to return to during the day to recoup before heading out for dinner or more sightseeing. We frequented neighborhood restaurants every day, all within an easy walk of the apartment. In short, if this apartment is available during your stay, you cannot possibly go wrong with this choice.
