House holiday rentals in Madrid

Exactly apartment, all very clean and equipped for the days we spent in Madrid, there is a good market just steps away from the building and nearby train and metro stations that allowed us to go to downtown Madrid very easily. For the days we returned after the opening hours of public transport, going back to the apartment by transport app did not cost us, excellent cost-benefit and for sure a place where I would return to staying.

I couldn’t thank the host enough. Not only were they attentive and easy to contact during our stay but upon our return they were extremely helpful in tracking down an item id left behind and happily posted it to me. They went above and beyond. 5 ⭐️

Great house for a holiday very close to Madrid! Great spaces for the whole family , great pool, and close to everything there are interesting to do in Madrid!!! The best of the best!!!

The house is amazing. The photos don't show everything. The stay was unbeatable. Ramón was very helpful and kind at all times. We will definitely repeat the experience.

We had a great time at Anne Sophie's lovely home. The area is very nice and the metro is easily accessible . We loved everything in this house , we felt "at home" with our children Thanks for the flexibility at checkout.

Greate place, well located

The accommodation is beautiful and although we only stayed 2 days, it has everything you need for longer stays. You can tell that it has been decorated and equipped with a lot of pampering. Also, Laura, the hostess, is lovely and has taken care of every detail so that everything is easy to use and just think about enjoying your trip. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this place and I highly recommend it.

very clean and beautiful place, as a first time euro traveler had to get used to the limited hot water but the area is great, close to easy public transport.

A great spot! We were very comfortable with our group of 5. Walkable to everything you need. The shower in the first bathroom does not contain water very well, so we avoided using it. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Juan was always very attentive and available at all times to help us with whatever we needed. The apartment was spotless. We would definitely stay here again.

I found an apartment better than what is shown in the pictures! The beautiful view, super clean and the area close to everything.

We are 4 people who met at Gabriela's home. I, (Filipino+Sudanese), My partner Robert (Hungarian), Our Friend Giselle(Taiwanese) and our other friend Raphael(German). We all felt we needed a safe and empathetic place to plan for our futures (We successfully planned our short term goals at this home, and the whole place of Nina specially the garden was the perfect spot for these meetings, (the meeting also included our friend Hashim(Filipino+Yemeni) joining through video call.) Gabriela, I’ll say this again. I am very thankful for your detailed effort in letting us feel at home(the furniture, the mother touch decoration, the detailed appliances and utensils in the kitchen, the food!, the welcome drinks…etc). You are a godmother who provided the essentials for us to plan to make this world a better place. Thank you Gabriela, I will always remember you. Till we meet in again:) Hana

Both Marta and Assaf were very attentive to us , in case we needed anything.The house is in a very quiet area and very well surrounded by services ( supermarkets,coffee shops, pharmacy,multiprice shops, etc.). The house was very clean , tidy and well equipped...we felt right at home. The first day was a little hot and we really appreciated the ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

Pol's house is very nice, clean and with all the comforts, not far from Madrid... everything was perfect

We had a fantastic stay at Robert’s place. We are big on location and cleanliness, and this place delivered on both fronts. Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. Within minutes of the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and Mercado San Miguel. The bedrooms and living area were all very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Good Internet connection also. Ramón was attentive to everything from the beginning and communication was clear and simple. The house has an unbeatable location, with spectacular views, in a quiet area and close to restaurants and the Boadilla mountains. Highly recommended to stay for a few days.

Great house and host. 10 minute walk from IFEMA which makes a big difference when people were waiting 30 minutes for taxi/uber if there are many exhibitions running. Shell Gas station has a small 24/7 shop for essentials 2 minutes away and there are Supermarkets and restaurants 5 minutes away in an Uber (just north of the property)… house is well appointed, clean and comfortable… definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Fernando's. Top-notch accommodation with the many bedrooms and bathrooms well arranged. 2 nearby metro lines that allow for a great trip throughout Madrid. I recommend it and will not hesitate to book again with Fernando if needed!

Víctor and Sofía were very friendly and helpful before and during the stay. The accommodation was very comfortable and had the necessary elements to feel at home. The location is central and very good for walking to tourist places, restaurants, super markets, and even has a metro station in front. Super recommended!
