Monthly Rentals in Lower Mitcham

Judith’s home was a perfect location for our time in Adelaide and she was an amazing host. It is always wonderful to stay in someone’s home who is familiar with the area and can make recommendations for shopping, dining out, and sightseeing. Also, as it is their home, they personally (and quickly) deal with any requests (or issues) versus a remote corporate property owner. The kitchen was fully stocked, there was plenty of linen for our use, and Judith even provided us Esky’s to use for our day trips. The outside space worked well for us to rinse and dry our scuba gear. We would definitely stay in Judith’s home if we returned to Adelaide.

The house was soooo beautiful and spotless and it was so luxurious! Everything was 10/10. It’s so much bigger than the photos and we had the most amazing stay- thank you!!!

Diane's place is clean, quiet and private. Well thought out and it has all the kitchen utensils etc you need to be able to cook any meal you require.

Peter’s house is a great space for dogs. We took our two dogs, a German Shepherd and a Labrador cross. There is an enclosed back yard and we could easily leave them to go out. The house was very clean and well equipped and welcoming! Would recommend Peter as a host and his house as a comfortable relaxed space. Great location. Minutes from Glenelg and easy access to the city. Good value quality stay. Thanks Peter
