Monthly Rentals in Lower Mitcham

Judith’s home was a perfect location for our time in Adelaide and she was an amazing host. It is always wonderful to stay in someone’s home who is familiar with the area and can make recommendations for shopping, dining out, and sightseeing. Also, as it is their home, they personally (and quickly) deal with any requests (or issues) versus a remote corporate property owner. The kitchen was fully stocked, there was plenty of linen for our use, and Judith even provided us Esky’s to use for our day trips. The outside space worked well for us to rinse and dry our scuba gear. We would definitely stay in Judith’s home if we returned to Adelaide.

A neat little suburb located a few kms away from Adelaide’s CBD. Dianne’s place was private and quiet, suitable for couples or a small family. We had some regular feline visitors (who may have been from neighboring properties) who were very friendly and made themselves at home so just a heads up to any guests who may be allergic. Dianne was responsive and flexible with our arrangement and recommend it highly.

Peter’s house is a great space for dogs. We took our two dogs, a German Shepherd and a Labrador cross. There is an enclosed back yard and we could easily leave them to go out. The house was very clean and well equipped and welcoming! Would recommend Peter as a host and his house as a comfortable relaxed space. Great location. Minutes from Glenelg and easy access to the city. Good value quality stay. Thanks Peter

We had a wonderful stay at Leanne's house. The home was exactly as we had hoped and matched the photos and description. It was extremely comfortable and clean with quirky touches. The outdoor bath (on the upstairs balcony) was a fun feature that was used several times by us. The home is in a very peaceful area with beautiful houses to see. We walked each morning, just around the neighbouring streets. There is also a nice little cafe 5 minutes away via foot. The beds, sheets and towels were all good quality and we found the heating and cooling effective - our stay swung from 33 degrees to 19 degrees in a few days. The only tiny criticism I have is that there is limited hanging space for clothes in one of the bedrooms but we worked around that, and I would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us Leanne!
