incredible location, excellent apartment, steps away from the beach and great cafes. beautifully decorated home with lots of thoughtful touches from Lucy to make our stay great. sunsets on the balcony an added bonus.

Lucy’s place is just as described and matches the pictures. Lucy is a great host and was very responsive and attentive with clear and prompt communication. I asked for beach chairs and Lucy went out of her way to provide them quickly. Thank you for all your help Lucy!

Amazing stay. Husband and 1.5 year old stayed 3 nights to escape renovations and the Fringe festival mayhem. The home is set on a large property which I would say is one of the Hills most beautiful. Peaceful surrounds, horses, goats and ducks to greet you in the morning and evening. Tastefully furnished home with high-end finishes in a luxe farm-house feel. Larger than expected, with loads of natural light. A perfectly maintained tennis court which we made good use of. Beds are comfortable, bed and bath linen is good quality, breathable. The home is quiet with the doors closed, flushed with calming natural sounds with the patio doors open. Block out blinds were perfect for our little one's midday nap. The host was kind, warm and accommodating when we barged in early by accident. She gifted eggs from the chooks, cherry tomatoes from the on-site veggie patch and everything you need in the cupboards to get comfortable. We are going back next weekend to escape the last week of the Fringe!

Sofie was amazing to deal with. So responsive and was on top of her game. Wants to make sure you have a wonderful and great stay at her place. As a whole the place was a little smaller than I thought. The furniture and chairs need some updating.That being said a great stay. Would recommend it to anyone visiting wonderful Adelaide. If you deal with Sofie nothing will go wrong.

This is perhaps the 7th time we have stayed at this house, which probably says it all. I’m always reluctant to review it in case we can’t get it next time. 😁😁Nevertheless, it is undoubtedly the best Air BnB that we’ve ever stayed at.

Fabulous accommodation, location and host. Last minute booking to attend a funeral on the Adelaide 500 car race weekend so we were ultra grateful to find Tobie's Place which was home away from home. Peaceful area, close to the beach, major shopping centre, cinema, restaurants, cafes. You won't be disappointed staying here. Was hard to leave.

A charming, historic home in a very interesting part of Adelaide, very near to the market, Chinatown, restaurants and public transport. The house itself was very easy to relax in, especially with the lovely courtyard. Thank you, Craig for a great week!

We were a group of 5 friends visiting for the WOMAD festival and stayed 4 nights at David's apartment. We could not fault this Airbnb, it was better than expected and the photos don't do it justice. The space was light and airy, immaculate, free of clutter, and perfect for a group stay with 4 private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location was walkable to the CBD and there was a great little cafe/bakery around the corner where we grabbed our morning coffee, the IGA was well stocked too! Check in was easy with the key code, communications were clear, and the amenities provided with extra touches made for a comfortable stay. I am an Airbnb Super host myself, so understand the importance of a quality stay, and this had it all!

Absolutely loved sallys house. Had everything and more that we needed. My dogs loved the green lawn. Will definitely be coming back .
