Monthly Rentals in Lower Matecumbe Key

The house met our needs and the needs of our guests really well. Really everything you would need for a fun and relaxing vacation can be found in this location. Really perfect setup for a fisherman with a short boat ride to open water. Walking distance to a great private, community beach (on the bay side, by Key's standards a 10/10). The Keys beaches are not typically like what you find elsewhere in Florida but this one had a great ambiance with beautiful water clarity, tiki huts, picnic tables, etc. Our beach lovers really enjoyed it. At the house, everything was super clean and ready for us when we arrived and as described. For sure David and Jean are outstanding hosts. I have rented at places all over Florida over the years so have seen quite a range. They make you feel welcome and attended quickly to random things that come up. Never made us feel like we were a bother. Would rent again without hesitation.

The condo is just as advertised. It is a very friendly community with a lot of amenities in the building. Even had Manatee’s at dock one day. It also has the best sunsets. Tori was very quick to respond to any questions. Lots of great restaurants in the area.

Great condo. Very clean, modern and tastefully decorated. Appreciate all the amenities provided. Perfect for two. We also loved the balcony. Kayley is a great host, quick to respond and even left us some extra treats. Great location - Islamorada has lots to do. We’ve already booked our next stay. Isabel's place was quiet and quaint. It was the perfect place to stay. The park nearby (Harry Harris Park) was a nice perk and I enjoyed riding my bike and walking the neighborhood. Tavernier is the perfect in between spot to enjoy activities and restaurants in either Key Largo or Islamorada!
