Holiday rentals with beach access in Lower Matecumbe Key

The condo was beautiful and in a great location. It was clean and exactly as pictured, and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The pool and the beach, both able to be seen from the condo, were perfect. We’ll definitely rent here again.

Wonderful location. Extremely clean and fully stocked. Easy to check in and out with very quick and friendly response.

This place was a nice quiet area for our family to relax. Enjoyed the private beach very much and we were able to successfully make dinner with our fresh catch in the kitchen and at the grill after stocking kitchen with necessities. Could use some new pillows, but everything was very clean and tidy. We’d be back.

A lovely and unique stay in Key Largo! The listing was better than the photos, I love the ocean theme and all of the color. I particularly appreciated having access to kayaks. The hosts are also lovely and provided help as needed and recommendations. I would love to return.

Charming condo and fantastic host. We loved the pool and common area and felt very welcome to this darling community. We had some travel issues upon arrival, but Rhonda was very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

The pictures don’t lie—there really IS a private beach here! We loved everything about this place, including the hospitality of the host, Ana. When we return to the northern Keys, which is often, we will absolutely look for this house again. For thumbs up!!!

This was our first stay with Darene and her unit. We greatly enjoyed our time. The unit is very clean and stocked well. Darene was very accomodating and responsive. She was lovely to work with and welcomed any suggestions. We will return very soon! thank you for an amazing and relaxing vacation!

Absolutely beautiful & a private oasis!! The pictures do not encompass the lovely, old keys charm of this property, that is perfect for families, or traveling adults that want their own space! Safe & fully fenced in for dogs or kids. Beach area, fishing spot, kayaks, paddle board & so much more. Conveniently located mid Keys with lots of fun options nearby or short drive. Or just stay on property and relax in the beach. Only negative is mosquitos, so bring DEET & maybe yard spray. Diane was outstanding, responsive & proactive for us. Thank you for a great family vacation!!

This home was simplistic, clean and a great peaceful location. The hot tub was a nice addition especially because we had cooler weather while we were here. I could make an espresso or regular drip coffee from the appliance provided. The shower was cutting-edge and beds were comfortable. I would recommend this house for anyone that comes to visit the keys.

our stay was AMAZING, our host was very responsive and helpful. the house was great and had everything we needed to spend a week on the water. plenty of room in the parking area for 4 trucks. the pool and beach areas were stocked with plenty of water "toys", vey clean with more than enough seating for 10. the only issue was we only had a week! we had an amazing family holiday and would love to stay again.

What a great stay! It was perfect for our family of 5 (including 2 young adults and a teenager). The kitchen was well stocked, the living space was comfortable for us to all hang out, and the location was fantastic! We loved being right across the street from pickleball and golf and the fact that we could walk to the beach club, a restaurant, and the local park. Everything was so easy. The house had everything we needed and was spacious and clean. We hope to come back!

Incredible property. Perfect gathering space for my entire family of 6. Private yet close to commerce like Publix and local gym to work out. Great memories made.

Gorgeous home with a perfect view of Sombrero Beach! Every evening we walked right across the street to take in the sunset in the cool ocean water. Pool area was like our own private resort with our very own tiki bar. We loved the pool table as a perfect activity when we needed to cool down. Our host, Ever, was communicative, friendly and gave us excellent suggestions for kayaking and snorkeling. I can’t say enough how perfect this was for our family vacation. We will be back!!

This place is truly a gem perfect for a couple or a family very worth the price for the location and the place location is private with a very clean pool overall everything is great if you have the opportunity to book this place I definitively recommend getting it

My group and I had an amazing stay! Corey and Armando were amazing hosts; super responsive to any questions and flexible to my requests. They even provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. Home was beautiful and in a great area. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean comfortable stay! We loved the quick walk to the pool and beach area. Loved having a couple coolers and plenty of pool/beach accessories to use! There’s a common area with game tables directly below the unit. We didn’t use the kitchen, but would had we stayed longer.

Very close to local attractions and had adorable game area (darts, corn hole, etc). Pool was convenient and very clean. Great condo with all you need.

We could not have been happier with our stay at Kimberly‘s condo in Tavernier. The restaurants in the area that she had suggested were great, we had dinner at Marker 88 and Pierre’s at Morada Bay and both nights we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed the view from the balcony each day. While we only stayed for a few days, we felt we were there for a much longer time. We definitely recommend spending a day at the pool. It’s well worth it and so relaxing. Even though it was a bit of a drive, we went south to Key West and enjoyed the 7 mile bridge. While we had been to Key West once before, it was great to go back see some familiar sites and enjoy some of the local cuisine once more. Including the Keylime pie. Throughout the process of booking, checking in and checking out, Kimberly was extremely responsive and answered any questions and offered recommendations each time we had reached out to her. We would highly recommend staying here for anyone who’s looking to enjoy the keys!

Beautiful condo with ocean views. Really nice amenities at the resort such as a huge heated pool and a sandy beach with lounge chairs. Lots of great restaurants in the area. John is a very responsive host. We would stay here again!!

Absolutely beautiful and clean! Highly recommend. Michelle was very helpful and responded very quickly. So peaceful and relaxing. We saw manatees in the marina. Pool was big and clean. Views from condo of the ocean are beautiful.

We loved our stay in Tavernier at this condo. The place itself is in a very quiet complex with easy access to the beach with lounge chairs or a lovely pool and hot tub with food / drink stand. It's a quick drive to many local restaurants and other activities. The place itself is very comfortable and has everything you'd need. There was ample dresser space and hangers in the closet, travel size amenities in the bathroom and a lovely view of the water from the living room. We'd definitely stay here again. Loved it!
