Conveniently close to the airport. The room is on the second floor, very tidy and clean. There is a photo of the host couple hanging on the wall, and it is very cozy and loving. The host welcomed us very warmly, introduced the use of the room, prepared coffee for us in the morning, very friendly.

I had the pleasure of staying at Dayabaran's property, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. The house is located in a prime spot, very close to the airport and conveniently positioned between Colombo and Negombo. It is a stunning beachfront property with a breathtaking and unique view. Everything in the house is brand new, and the cleanliness is impeccable, making the stay incredibly comfortable. Dayabaran is an exceptionally kind and helpful host who went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect for us. The check-in time was highly flexible, which added to the convenience. The property is exactly as described in the pictures, but honestly, the view and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene, picturesque getaway. I would love to stay here again!

Sebastian’s place is one of the best Airbnbs we stayed, if not the best not only in Sri Lanka but also in the world. He and his team master the art of hospitality to perfection. We cannot fault anything and enjoyed every moment of our 5-night stay. Kandana is not a touristic area (pro for us as the value for money is better around here). By tuktuk or even public bus it’s easy to get around. Sebastian can arrange also reasonably priced private tours/transfers with a driver. The railway station Ragama is only 5km away for those traveling by train from other parts of the country. Both Colombo Airport and Colombo Fort are about 17km away from this hidden paradise. We can highly recommend Sebastian’s place and would love to return for a longer stay. Look no further, you won’t regret.
