Monthly Rentals in Launceston

Mandiba, Rick’s second floor accommodation, is a great space. It is large, designed to be clutter free yet homely and inviting. The lighting is great and the two options in the stairwell provides a safe environment when accessing the stairs. There are plenty of amenities which provides a seamless environment to prepare meals and relax. We appreciated Rick providing a summary of his favourite local places in different categories. We didn’t visit them all, but the ones we did were fun and stylish. It is in a relatively quiet street even if it is in the inner city. We didn’t notice any road noise. The outlook is great and it is opposite the park and close to Design Tasmania, dedicated to local craftsmen and artists.

Great apartment right in the middle of the city with everything within walking distance. Was good to have access to free car parking (even though we didn’t need to use the car during our visit). Would stay again next time we are in Launceston. Accomodation was described accurately.

Excellent location, flat was clean and tidy and had everything that I required. I would definitely recommend.
