siddharth's place is one of those rare ones where you'd always want to come back..he has made a nest in the middle of a beautiful valley where you can simply relax away your days.. we were left wanting for more and shall definitely be visiting again !! kudos to the entire family including lucky,simba,Madan & suresh !! :)

Manav's stay was really amazing. A private gateway to mountains of dehradun with nice amenities, open ground, badminton, cricket kit and bycycles. Ankesh, the staff member, is really helpful and accommodating with all the request. The only minor challenge was the damaged roadway to the farm. Recommendation: Getting ola/uber is not easy. Book your own cab for getting around. Manav can help with the contacts. The cab owners can be exploitative, so be mindful of that and clarify the pricing before you book.

Oh! How would words even do justice to this place! I would say this place is the best representation of what Airbnb stands for. A perfect stay with the best peep into local culture. Shanti, her dog Fang, Jagveer and Guddi di , every single person is a must to meet when you visit this place. Please take out sometime to spend time with these four. All of them are so so beautiful and bring so many stories on the table. All four of them stay at the property but contact you only as much you want. No intrusion at all. We were the lucky ones to spend two days there. The place is like a typical mountain cabin decorated with all the collectives from Shanti’s numerous travels. You get to witness the best sunset from your porch and the room has the best uninterrupted view. Please visit there if you want to experience and live mountain life. But please ignore this place if you are looking for a party place or too many activities to do.

A Perfect Staycation at Lal Kothi! Our stay at Lal Kothi was great. From the moment we arrived, Swapna aunty and Reggie uncle made us feel like family, with their warm hospitality and welcoming nature. Chef Sameer Sewak’s culinary skills were top-notch—every meal was a delightful experience! The property itself is stunning, offering breathtaking views, cozy interiors, and a peaceful retreat in nature. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway with a personal touch, Lal Kothi is the place to be. Can’t wait to visit again!
