Holiday rentals with lake access in Kuratau

Sarah was a wonderful host and her place felt like home. We had everything we needed for a week in Taupo. Close to a shopping market and the walking path on the lake, the place was quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful location. Great house for our two family home holiday. Stayed in April and the heating was lovely. The heated pool was a nice surprise. Plenty of private areas if you needed space. Having access to the walking track by the lake was fantastic. House is starting to need some love but still a very lovely stay.

Really enjoyed the stay at Terrys home in Taupō, it looked just like the photos and is in a fantastic location if you’re looking for somewhere central but still want privacy. Terry was a great host and replied to all messages really quickly, couldn’t recommend this place more!

We have really enjoyed staying at this place. This place was beyond what we’ve expected, with great views of the lake and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We would highly recommend this place to stay. We were a group of nine and it did not feel cramped. Plenty of space and bedrooms, mountain bikes to use, spa pool, walking distance to town and bars, restaurants. Best host we have ever dealt with. So friendly, helpful, flexible and very fast response.

All I can say is WOW! Gorgeous location and walking distance to town. We were met at the place by Sugar "Sug", who walked us through the entire home AND gave us great ideas about eating, drinking and exercising. There was milk in the fridge and flowers on the table...it truly felt like home! Thanks to all, JT

I stayed for one night. It’s a great flat with everything one needs. Super clean, neat and tidy. Vicki was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend staying and wish I was staying longer.

we absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect, walking distance to Two Mile Bay and town with the lake on your doorstep. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need including a great bbq. The shared pool and spa are excellent. We will be back as often as possible.

This place was perfect for us - located exactly where we needed to be and there's nothing better than walking into a space that is stylish, clean, and tidy. Having bedrooms on separate levels is also a bonus. Being situated on the river close to town sets this place apart from many others I have stayed at in Taupo. To top it off, our host is proactive, responsive and kind. Can't fault this Air BnB. This is now our go to in Taupo.

Fabulous spacious unit, very clean and tidy, living area opens out to a private court yard. The bedrooms have the most amazing view overlooking the lake. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic family holiday.

Fisherman cabin is one of our most unique stays. A whāre presented in a high style, with a property that invites you to explore. It features numerous streams for swimming and contemplation. Access to the lake across the road with all the privacy you want. Highly recommended if you want to disconnect from the world. with great neighbours and wider community who we found very warm and approachable.

We had a fab stay at the Taupo Cottage. Cottage was in great location 5min walk to the lake. Cottage was very well equiped and everything was perfect. Sven was an excellent host and very responsive. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks for a great holiday!

Perfect little get away, walking distance to lake, lots of home comforts like board games, fresh coffee, good TV, speaker, comfortable outdoor furniture. Would definitely recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, walking distance to lake front. We loved the bach feel and admired the decor - ample books, DVDs and family board games to keep you entertained, and a classic table tennis table! Clean, tidy home to enjoy.

We had such a great stay. This bach has the most spectacular views over the lake. It was peaceful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely come back

A comfy private cottage in a gorgeous setting. Alexandra is welcoming and friendly. I loved all the thoughtful touches left for me. The cottage is a close drive to all the cool activities Taupo has to offer. A lovely first AirBnB experience. Would definitely recommend.
