Monthly Rentals in Kumeū

The house is in a great location. Very close to Auckland city, vineries and kumeu downtown. Quite and clean. I went to watch the horses in the morning. The beds were very comfortable. Hight speed internet. Very good price.

Willow House was perfect for our one night stay away from home for a local wedding. Andrea was very responsive with communication, and we appreciate the flexibility with early check-in. The accommodation is well presented, with all the essentials provided and very handy to walk across the road to the supermarket. The extra touches such as chocolates on the bed was very thoughtful, thanks Andrea!

Roisins place was perfect for us (2 adults 4 & 2yr olds). As listed, no curtains in the bedroom top windows (or living area) but managed bedtime for kids during light hours using extra pillows on the window sill. No issues. Roisin was fab in clarifying the set up when I checked before booking. Air-con was initially the main reason we hired this spot and was an absolute dream - as it was super hot and I'm super pregnant. It turned out to be the perfect stay in every way. Great kitchen (including Nespresso and some delicious muesli), the whole place was clean and tidy, great rural outlook, close to Huapai and wedding venues and a genuine good vibe. Kids loved exploring the tree line and looking for bugs. Loved our stay and will definitely stay again if we are out that way. Thank you!

Place was a great, quiet, private and peaceful location. Beautiful place in nature and animals. And the hosts were very nice and friendly. All and all we had a great time.
