Holiday rentals with beach access in Koyunbaba Mahallesi

We had to make a last min booking to change our accommodation mid holiday. And they were very helpful. I wish we stayed in Nuran’s boutique hotel all of our holiday. They are all very friendly, experienced and hands on. The place is very well equipped, super clean. Bathroom etc amazingly done. The renovation was done tastefully. They kept asking if we need anything. Communal areas are lovely to chill. Pool is big enough to have a quick dip and great for kids. Location is superb. They have their regulars which they all became like family. All the amnesties incl chemist, a mid size supermarket and lovely restaurants are around the corner but you still get a village feel. Sea is good, great for kids, shallow start and lots to look at. You can use any of the restaurants sun beds and umbrellas as long as you eat there. They are all friendly. There are also public sections, free to use with sun beds and shades. I will definitely be going back to Nuran’s boutique hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here and was able to make use of its kitchen for cooking and also for the marina down the street for any of my shopping needs. It was a peaceful area and would definitely recommend to others.

Probably the best Airbnb we stayed in: very clean apartment, as described, comfortable bedding, 2 private terraces with views, very well located 10 minutes from the center, quiet, super super well equipped, very convenient when traveling light: towels, beach towels, shampoo, after shampoo, washing machine, there is everything! A/C, storage, Netflix, wifi, everything to prepare food and everything you need for morning breakfast, luxury! And then there is Dina & Maria, attentive if needed, of great kindness who welcomed us super well: tips, bus schedules, map of the island and small gifts that allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Really the BEST of the BEST, you won't be able to fall better. Thank you again Dina & Maria for everything, your apartment as well as your welcome was a real asset for a successful holiday.

The apartment is new and is in a quiet location. The accommodation has everything you need. Someone was always available for questions and the communication was friendly and nice. Thank you again for the great stay.

Extremely hospitable host and always there to answer questions.

First, I want to mention the location of the house. The house is quite close to the city center Kos Town. Since we reached the island by ferry, we liked the house very much in terms of location. We stayed in this house where you wake up with the sounds of waves every morning and see the sea as soon as you opened your eyes on the bed, and it was never enough. Everything was very nice. The furniture and electrical appliances in the house were old, but they were all functional. Evdokia, the owner of the house, is a very sweet person, and we were greeted by Evdokia's sister Maria the moment we entered the house. The refrigerator was full of icons. The necessary food and drinks were waiting for us to have our breakfast on the first day. On the 2nd day of our stay, Evdokia sent us a dessert of local flavors, and we loved it. ❤️ The most memorable thing was that she came with a gift package on the last day. The best part of this 1 week on the island of Kos was this impeccable stay Thank you for 💖🇬🇷 everything Evdokia.

The house of Ilias is wonderfully quiet, away from the tourist hotspots, but still close enough to all the sights. There were extra toys for our young children. The kitchen is well equipped. And the outdoor area was just wonderful for relaxing. Ilias provided us with vegetables and wine. The only downside, the many mosquitoes that somehow made it into the house despite extensive protection on windows and doors. We will be happy to come back if we should come back to Kos.

Mr. Fikret was a very sensitive, helpful and understanding host. He responded to our requests instantly. When we told him we would be arriving early he told us that the house was available and that you could get in early. It was very important to me to see that satisfaction, not money, was on the top plan. We had a great holiday as a family and will stay again next year. Mr. Fikret is now our friend in Bodrum because the cleaning of the🥰 house; our need for water, tea , coffee was met immediately. In short amazing house and amazing host👏👏👏

The house is located next to the sea, 5 minutes to the beach . The hostess provided everything necessary for the guests. We felt at home. All issues were resolved quickly with the help of Söhret. We were very satisfied with our stay at Söhret. Thanks for everything.

A lovely apartment with beautiful grounds and swimming pool to enjoy during the day. Turkbuku sea front with its restaurants and bars only 5 minutes walk away Steve and Melike were perfect hosts helping with any questions or issues. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely stay again when we return to Bodrum.

This place is a gem! Looks even better than the photos, is clean, and a great value for the money. My only suggestion is to get Yavuz to navigate you directly to the location. We speak Turkish and know the Bodrum area well, and it was still initially difficult for us to find (but the view makes the climb so worth it!) You will definitely enjoy your holiday here, but you will need to rent a car. Enjoy!

Jenny's place was great in every way. The house had plenty of everything you needed. All rooms and bathroom were spotless. It was within walking distance to the beaches, restaurants and the center in terms of location. She hosted us great and prepared special little surprises for us. We are so happy to have met her. It was our best ever airbnb experience ❤️

It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

I have very high standards for cleanliness and attention to detail and we were very impressed with this air bnb. Felt like home and had every thing we needed. Our host was lovely and very attentive, would highly recommend.

It is a very comfortable flat, with everything one needs supplied. It felt like at home as all the amenities were really thoughtfully provided. Its rococo style decoration gives the home a cheerful character. Kitchen and bathroom is spotless clean as the whole flat itself. Manolis is reachable within few minutes and check in is perfectly easy. Thank you to Manolis and to his wife!

Sonia and Dimitri were very friendly and sweet people. The house was very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need. There were also many treats available. I also visited their own restaurant called Ops. You can eat Greek cuisine and fish. Thanks so much for everything.
