Monthly Rentals in Kolathara

I recently stayed at Airbnb Green Apartments in Kozhikode, and I had a fantastic experience. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and everything inside – from the furniture to the appliances – feels brand new. It's located just 5 km from the station, which takes about 14 minutes by car and costs around 85-90 INR, so it's very accessible. We arrived late at night, around midnight, and although we had to walk about 800 meters to find food, we were able to find open restaurants till 1:30 AM. The area is very calm, with a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. The location is perfect – it's not just quiet but also close to attractions.The beach is only 4 km away, and historical sites like the mosque and the biodiversity park are within a short drive (about 3-4 km). The caretaker was incredibly helpful, and there’s even a washing machine available, which was convenient. The people in the area were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, and I highly recommend.

phenomenal location right in the city, very spacious and wonderful host

All good in Akshay's place. But there is a loft bed above the kitchen and have to go up through the ladder to sleep. For younger people it may be a fun, but for elderly people like us, it's not only difficult and dangerous too particularly when we had to go to washroom at night. Kitchen utensils can be little more, like bowls etc, and atleast one pressure cooker, so that people can stay few more days comfortably. These are suggestions only. The balcony is superb with the nature. We loved it. it's very clean, cozy stay for one night. Akshay is very responsive and well behaved guy. We asked Kerala food for breakfast, he prepared it from home. (Chargeable). It was awesome. Thanks for being a good host. All the best.

Nice 2 bedroom house with self-checkin facility and can accomodate 4 people with double beds in each room. It was kept very clean. Had AC in both rooms which would be a bliss in summers. Great host. Would love to visit again!
