Monthly Rentals in Kokuvil East

The house is located in a devine neighborhood near to a hindu temple. When you wake up and sit on the balcony you can feel the kovil vibes. The whole apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with new and high-quality furniture. The kitchen is big and has everything needed to cook dinner for a whole family. The scenery from the balcony is surreal. You are surrounded by palm, papaya, banana, and many other trees. There is also a rooftop floor that is large, but empty. So full potential of that rooftop floor has not been exploited, but it's still nice to hang out there after the sun has set. All-in-all great value for money.

We booked 2 nights here and ended up staying 3. The house was very nice and clean and although there was no A/C it was not hot inside. Vipushan was very helpful and was always answering very quickly. His aunt who lives next door invited us several times to have lunch/dinner at her house and even brought over some fresh food! We can only recommend this place as we had a great time :)

Rajeevan's place a great place to stay with family. very spacious and clean.i recommend others to choose his place for staying. Rajeevan is a very friendly and easy communicable host.

great place in Jaffna, perfect accomodation and location. They even organized a saree drapping for my daughter at a very good price. Thanksssss a lottttt.
