It was our second time staying here when we visit Kitchener. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to bars and restaurants and event locations. It's very comfortable with all the amenities we need. Gerry was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed over Christmas for 4 nights at Nigels and it was always cozy comfy to come back to. Well stocked home, comfy bed and great location

It was really great experience. This house had a variety of board games which was really helpful for us. On top of that, they had provided an instructions book which contain answers to all our questions.

The house was updated, cozy and very clean. The fenced in back yard and the park across the street was perfect for our pups. The close to downtown location made for easy access to excellent restaurants. Sia was a gracious and responsive host….making sure we had everything we needed. We’d definitely book again.

The place was very comfortable and in a safe, beautiful neighborhood! It worked out very well for my daughters and I to celebrate Christmas together! I would definitely recommend it!

As a guest who has been renting for two months, I am still very satisfied with the hygienic condition of the apartment, it was very clean when I checked in, and the host was also happy to help solve the problem and react in a timely manner.The location of the apartment is also good, there are many bus lines around, would recommend staying at this place

Had a great stay at Jas’s place, the parking was a huge plus and the building was just as I expected/hoped (I had stayed there in a different unit before). Communication was excellent throughout and amenities were all perfectly available except for the building hot tub, which was under maintenance temporarily. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a private quiet space for work or travel.

The unit was clean and modern just as pictured and described, with a gorgeous view and absolutely STUNNING sunsets 🌄, and conveniently located near local offices. The ample storage space and in-unit laundry made our stay even better. Dani was friendly and accommodating of a date change from our original booking. This was my second time staying at this place and it was great. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The parking was also super convenient. Tyrone is easily the best experience I have had with AirBnb, an absolute gent of a host. Extremely helpful and gets back to you ASAP on any request! The apartment itself is really well set up with everything where you expect it and the layout makes it so easy to keep clean, it's also situated near some decent restaurants like Tamasha, Trunk and Coops Chicken. Obviously theres a Tim Hortons only a 3 minute walk and there's a groovy supermarket down King steet. Also very close to the Kitchener Markets. Next visit I will be staying here too if available.
