all Michael's properties are fantastic. You want to be comfy during your stay. if it's in town for the weekend or a longer stay like our family, waiting for home to be complete. The house has everything you need for the stay. the best are soooo comfy, some of the best sleeps I've ever had. I love you can wash clothes and I can't say enough about the couch, soooooo comfy for relaxing and watching TV. Best part of the private back yard with a deck and chairs you can sit on. These guys know how to do air b n b right. Thanks for the stay. would recommend to anyone. Thanks guys!

Jim N Sue's place is wonderful indeed. It is very clean and convenient. The hosts are extremely nice people and very responsive. The place is huge with a large backyard and several parking spaces for your cars. I would definitely recommend it to anyone...

the place was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything you'd need to make meals. the bed was comfortable, there was extra blankets in the closet. the driveway is a little narrow, but it's still nice to have a spot to park regardless. I think it's a little pricey for a one bedroom basement apartment, but the place and host were great.

Tasha was amazing and extremely responsive. Anytime there were any small issues she was on top of it right away. She always gave us suggestions to ensure that we were having a good time and using all the tools she had. The location did not disappoint. Absolutely stunning waterfront. I highly recommend this property as a great vacation spot. Another note Tasha had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and on the property. Five stars!!

We chose Cullan’s property as it was close to a wedding venue nearby. We stayed 2 nights to be able to relax and enjoy the property amenities before the event. We did just that. While it was late in the season, (October) we were lucky to enjoy very temperate weather. It’s located out in the countryside, pastoral and lovely to walk the country roads. The host family was very friendly and accommodating.

My family and I had a great stay at Betsy's. There was lots of space for everyone to sleep, play and hang out. The pool and backyard was fantastic for the kids. Kitchen had everything we needed for dishes, pots, pans, knives etc. The location was great. A nice park across the street and we were able to walk downtown. We would definitely stay at Betsy's place again.

This was my second time staying at this place and it was great. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The parking was also super convenient. Faran was also very quick at answering any questions. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and even accommodated our request for a late checkout. During our stay, there was a snowstorm, and they went above and beyond by clearing the snow twice, ensuring everything was accessible. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Erin and Colin's home is beautiful!! Exactly as described, and then some. Loved the welcome gift and Christmas decorations. Erin responded almost immediately to any questions we had, and even proactively contacted us to make sure we were comfortable. Beds are very very comfortable which is very important, and not always the case at an Airbnb rental. It had everything we needed, and more. We will be renting again, the next time we visit family in Kitchener. Well done, Erin!! And thank you for your exceptional hospitality.

Friendly and responsive hosts. Stayed there during a snowstorm and they were up early shovelling to make sure I could get out. Apartment is as advertised and had everything I needed for my work trip stay. Sound levels are perfectly normal and as expected considering this is a basement apartment. Thanks Anna and Dar!

Lisa's place is advertised as cozy and that is just what it is. It is ideal for couples and has all the ammeneties that you might need for a long stay. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood that is ideally placed close to the main highways. Lisa was an excellent host; very considerate and responsive.

We absolutely loved the spacious room and the fantastic location, which made exploring Waterloo and the nearby universities a breeze. Nora was a real gem-completely professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to assist with any requests we had during our stay. Without a doubt, we're looking forward to choosing this place again for our next visit.

This was by far one of our best experiences! Cutest little space ever; Has absolutely everything you’d need, plus some. The host offered great recommendations and even left behind snacks and drinks for our stay which was super appreciated. Very quiet, nice area and we felt at home immediately. The view was beautiful and this was during the winter; can only imagine how nice it would be in the warmer months. Also had a very comfortable bed and extra pillows, blankets &towels which we absolutely loved. There is honestly not one thing I could suggest that would have improved our stay. We stayed at Nandani’s place for 3 nights around Christmas. It was perfect. Nandani gave us clear instructions wrt getting in. The suite was as described and as pictured. The layout and decor were welcoming and cozy. Nice large bathroom, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. We could not ask for more. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay – Perfect for Dog Owners! I had a fantastic stay at this basement apartment with my girlfriend and our two dogs. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts put a lot of care into making the space comfortable. They even had a cute dog bed, which my pups absolutely loved—it was such a thoughtful touch! The apartment itself was well-equipped, and I especially appreciated the air fryer and how everything was clearly labeled, making it super easy to find what I needed. The space was clean, cozy, and had all the essentials for a great stay. One thing that really stood out was the incredible snow maintenance—the hosts shoveled and salted the walkways/stairs every morning by 7 AM, which made getting in and out with the dogs so much easier. Overall, this was a wonderful and stress-free experience. Highly recommend to anyone traveling with pets or just looking for a well-maintained and welcoming stay. Would absolutely come back.

The place was cozy and warm. Kim was very accommodating and nice. We got in late Friday night for a family wedding the next day, and we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. There were dirty prints on the comforter and a lot of different types of hair on the pillows and sheets. We came across a half-eaten candy on a dresser, and there food splatters in the microwave and dirty smudges on the light switches. A cleaner had come before our stay but just hadn’t done as thorough of a job as they should have. We weren’t able to get into the driveway because it hadn’t been shovelled and had a bit of a slope, and it wasn’t clear if we could park on the street without being ticketed or towed, so we ended up having to do our best to clear snow to get into the driveway. Kim was very responsive and helpful, and she resolved the situation quickly for us. We’re happy with how things turned out and ultimately enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again.
